GoTo Webinar is great for bringing our Management team together in the mornings for our daily Ops call. We are all able to hear and see each other clearly and app is pretty easy to use and train new users on. It's also a fabulous tool for interviewing candidates whom aren't comfortable coming into the office to interview. In these COVID times it has really been a life saver! Using while on the go didn't always work so great with the app, it tended to drop off in certain areas.

Well GoTo Webinar is well suited for multiple conferences & meetings on a single go with more precise attendence & access along with accessibility of recordings & 3rd party integration all these just on a single click... And scenarios where GoTo Webinar is less appropriate is its confusing outlook/Dashboard,slight lagg sometimes in real time Audio & unnecessary Ads running in background which are areas where immediate attention required. for product developnment..

Go To Webinar is well know for user engagement and have features like Surveys, Polls and real-time engagement dashboard. Go To Webinar have good analytics tools.
However they are they missing in SSO features which is ease of use feature , required to access multiple applications' with single password and also helped in API integration.

GoTo Webinar is suitable for all scenarios especially when the number of participants is high (more than 300). It has great video quality, it is quick and easy to install, set up, and configure.

One scenario where GoTo Webinar does not function as expected is when you deal with PowerPoint and you have one screen only. Also, I find it a bit annoying is when you have multiple screens, it becomes unstable for some reason.

As informed earlier, if we are addressing a huge people of around 2500+ People in a Single Session, then this is the Ultimate tool to have Communication all-around and also Sometimes, due to some natural Calamities or sometimes, where our Physical Presence is not required, so at a time in order to pass the Information to a Wider Audience, GoTo Webinar is Quite Useful. Also, in Certain Situations, if our Client wants to join as a Participant and also can join the Meeting Virtually without any Physical Presence at some times to discuss the Technical Front and the Methodologies.

From my experience, GoTo Webinar is best suited for selling products anywhere from 97 USD to 5000 USD (based on your Webinar Experience), specifically for Information Technology Products and SaaS Products. I don't mean to say that it doesn't work for other industries. The main thing would be to create the right offer.

it is suitable for conducting webinars and being able to handle a large audience. It is also useful if there is the need to do training where screen sharing needs to be conducted to allow for more learning. This is also used internally to allow for faster training.

Giving more than one person (panelist or organizer) keyboard and mouse control makes it possible for speakers to switch on and off almost seamlessly, which is a terrific feature that it seems but no other platform offers. Although it appears so simple, the majority of other platforms are lacking this option.

As mentioned before, it is good for us when we use it for outward facing webinars with external participants due to the data protection aspect. These usually do not involve any file sharing or back-and-forth communication, just unidirectional. We wouldnt really use it internally as we use Teams, which is already integrated with e.g. our SharePoint, files systems, and other organizational tools, so that is a case where we use MS Teams.

It is easily accessible with web browser and it also have easy to use interface which makes it best webinar app for host as well as attendees but if you want a HD picture quality then it lags sometimes otherwise it is okay.
Only using a link we connect to any webinar and it's professional looking waiting room also put Impression.

This tool is really too easy to use. You can create a meeting from anywhere you want. It is all flexible. It works stable. You don't face bad surprises on critical meetings. It can manage large amount of users same time. Mostly you face with bandwith and sound quality problems with user more than 100 in a meeting. I got high performance with GoTo Webinar always.

GoTo Webinar is very well suited for any type of virtual meeting or presentation. It does a nice job connecting people remotely and is very easy to use. Some of the scenarios where it may not be as appropriate include meetings that require lots of interaction and presentations that rely on in person features.

Well suited for online meetings when presenting a ppt or some study material, as it gives great looks. It's less appropriate where recording needs to be done and stored on the cloud & immediately shared with the participants the recording link automatically. It's great when you need to present a seminar where participants can ask questions but at the same time, the highlighted details/document links which are shared in the meeting do not go behind the conversations... Separate area for chat and separate for highlighted contents.

When you are going to plan a Webinar and the audience is large then it is a good platform to use. It also can be used just for broadcasting any presentation.
I can't see any issue where it doesn't fit. but if planning for something which really matters for the proofs then this might be an wrong decision because its audio breaks frequently and also its sidebar shows black colour on viewer screen

1) Well Suited - Online Classes, Exams(Quizzes, Viva, etc.),Webinars related to any field, Business Meetings and Interviews.
2) Less Suited for - For Recording Purposes as majority times recordings feature is not available to participants. Recording feature is only available to host. It should also be made available to participants.

It is more appropriate for businesses that have many virtual meetings with many individuals.
The 800 number is most appropriate for verbal communication where an outside, or long distance number, is not available.
It is great for maintaining a video library to send links to unlimited numbers of people.

It is not appropriate for individuals. It did not get the social acceptance that Zoom did with their "free" service, which is now mostly gone.

It is perfect for companies and schools that need a virtual platform. Very versatile and easy to use. Teachers and students could use it in the event that we should have to go virtual again. Very simple and has many grey features. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a virtual platform.

The tool is very well-designed to manage and organize webinars. Especially if the webinar is organized with a large number of attendees, then using the specialized tool is really a big improvement. Tool support many different options which are useful for this kind of meeting, like sending out invites, managing the attendees, and opening session for questions.

Our central location, where we generally host our webinars, does not have super fast internet speed. Even with several users on the platform at once, there is rarely a time that we have experienced losing connection with one of our satellite locations on the webinar. We have begun to have more of our account reps join the webinars on their cell phones, and the connection is just as stable and problem free as we have on our desktops in our main market locations.

It is very easy to use and easily learn how to use. During the webinar, there aren't any technical problems or questions which help during the stressful presentation. There are also good faq documents or searches on Google on how to do something. Makes the process very easy so you don't have to spend time fixing a problem.

I use GoTo Webinar to train others in cybersecurity situations. I am able to prepare my training using digital media that the participant can download and review at a later time. The information is still available during the presentation, but also available after the presentation. I am not a marketing expert, so I use the resources I have to help my user base.
