My team uses this app for hosting webinars with our customer businesses on several occassions such as quarterly updates ,annual general meeting. Its easy for creating and sending invites to a large set of people.

I personally also attend many wellness and fun sessions organized by partner companies for us. This has helped us easily attend such events and engage with our colleagues.

I use GoTo Webinar as a productivity tool to facilitate brainstorming sessions and discussions for business planning with bigger teams. The audio is crisp, and video streaming features are seamless. The interface is welcoming and encourages collaboration and healthy dialogue with remote teams. Attendance at meetings can be recorded, and used as auditable evidence to demonstrate communication with different levels of staff. In addition, GoTo Webinar allows for easy event management, particularly scheduling reminders and issuing notifications.

Through the GoTo Webinar, We can able to Connect internally with our Production Support teams, and also we can connect with our Clients as well. Apart from other Video Conferencing tools like Cisco Webex, through GoTo Webinar, it can host participants up to 2000+ in reality, But Sometimes in our Organisation at the time of Covid, in order to address more people (Close to 2700) in one Session regarding Health Importance we have utilized this tool to Connect with the Participant Queries to address their the emotional well-being and other stuff. We use GoTo Webinar for remote team meetings with external participants - for these meetings we cannot use Teams because Teams displays personal information, including first name and last name, of the participants, GoTo Webinar has the advantage that it does not display the personal information, which is very stricly regulated in our region.

During covid time I attended most of the webinars on this software firstly I like its simple and easy to use interface which makes it user friendly and since everyone easily connect to webinar using browser or mobile there is no requirement to install app for it. It's waiting room is too much good gives a professional feeling and finally it's very prompt customer service make it too much better.

I routinely use GoTo Webinar and appreciate how simple it is to use, how it can host big groups, and how it can record meetings. As it offers the ideal interaction that we require when working together, it has evolved into one of the primary softwares I use to keep up with my team every day. Because of the high quality of the service and the tools it offers to improve our communication, the meetings feel very natural and as though we are in the office, which has greatly increased our productivity. Rarely, audio will occasionally stop working, however it could be due to user error.

It has a unique option to unmute and then gets joined to the discussion with audio. Look-wise it does not have the clumsy options that other Meeting tools have which is very good for a newbie or, say, a layman person.

This product we generally use for webinars and yes it has the capability to handle the audience. This software also has good options to share the screen, chat options and also recording management is good.

The major advantage of this app is that it dismisses the problem of attending in physical sessions. Any session can be easily taken on it and participants can also ask their questions in Chat.

We are a small non-profit with state-wide reach. I inherited our GoTo Webinar when I started working at Washington Health Alliance almost 7 years ago. GoTo Webinar includes a free version of GoTo Meeting as well so, theoretically, we can have 2 events going on simultaneously. When the Covid emergency began we increased both the number of administrating staff and meeting participants. We lost our building conference room for which we needed the 800 number so we just cancelled that. We had meetings twice a week that included health care, health plan, government, pharmaceutical and research organizations. One of our member organizations created for another member organization a live dashboard. We were the venue for these organizations to connect so made all these meetings happen using GoTo Webinar. After we got the vaccines developed and distributed, the need for such big meetings (200-500) decreased and GoTo let us change our contract to reduce our staffing and attending needs. They have an amazing video library to host recordings of all these meetings, as well as our member-only All-Alliance meetings (going back 10 years). I do not see an end to our relationship with GoTo Webinar.

It was used for me to be able to do virtual instruction on how to use Canvas. It was during Covid when most everything was virtual. It was fairly simple to use. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a virtual platform to use for meetings, conferences, and training.

I use the tool to organize webinars with our customers. Webinars are about presenting a product or solution, which is our offering. Tools enable us to hold the meeting in a structured way. Webinars are normally done with one person presenting and talking, and the other participants are in listening mode with the possibility to ask the question at the end of the webinar.

As the hub office for six other satellite markets, we have the need to communicate time-sensitive information to all of our account executives at least once per month. With the majority of our office locations, travel time is not a luxury. With GoTo Webinar, we are able to gather each of our directors and seven offices for real-time training since everyone is connected via one screen with zero lag time. Recently I started conducting training quizzes at the end of each monthly meeting- the response time is instant, and being so connected has added to the participation levels increasing and a more cohesive executive management culture.

I use it as a virtual meeting tool. I am able to share diagrams and drawings and have other participants interact. My next project is for training using the company's email services. I have several remote users and this will allow me the ability to give them the training resources without the expense of bringing them to the office.
