The customer support from Handshake has been so, so good! Our customer success manager holds monthly meetings to answer any questions, check in, and give us company and feature updates. He has also held trainings and refreshers for our teams as new members come in and is extremely available to answer any ad hoc questions that come up. He is always willing to jump on a call to connect with anyone who may need anything! He also holds meetings with team members outside of the larger group meetings, including with our new manager to touch base and with our diversity and inclusion-focused team to discuss how Handshake can help.

Becca always responds very quickly to my questions. We had an issue where I couldn't register for a fair because another division of my company had already registered and this problem was fixed the next day. I feel like the team at Handshake Talent Engagement Suite actually cares about my experience. Not all companies do once the contract is signed! They definitely treat their customers well. I literally feel like I am their only customer.

The Handshake team is highly responsive to our questions, whether through email, live connections with our contract managers, or group office hours for our recruiters. Well, support was a no-go. It seems that our institution put some office guy in charge of the product and we got to call and ask questions if needed. We had some introduction training also. What really annoys me about our implementation of Handshake is that everything seemed like a kludgy work-around to get anything done.

It is good support-they always have someone there ready to answer your questions. They are very knowledgeable about the product. The only reason why I would have shaved off a couple of points is that I felt they were always trying to sell us on certain things up. I wish they would answer the question without continuing to sell us.
