I like the real time reactions to our flash sales and we have seen a 13% increase since last fall with inquiries on last minute sales posted on social media. Having all of our platforms on one dashboard helps me prioritize our individual audiences. I have begun constructing our posts based on the flash drive impressions on each individual channel.

One of the primary reasons we choose to use Hootsuite was the number of channels we are able to connect and the administrative structure we can set up for notifications and post approvals. This has allowed us to better utilize our team where more people can develop content and schedule a post, without losing any of our approval process. Having the ability to check things before it is published is critical for our business needs.

Working in the nonprofit industry means we do not have the resources to hire a whole marketing department so all forms of marketing tend to fall on one individual... myself. Using Hootsuite gives me the ability to work out weeks in advance content and promos and plan around busy days or vacations. The more I can plan, the less I have to worry about marketing my non-profit on a day to day but rather weeks at a time. It has made us more effective and efficient.

We were not being consistent enough meaning our followers were not engaged. So getting hootsuite helped us reduce the time it would take posting content daily on multiple platforms to scdehuling them to make it less time consuming.

Easily our biggest pain point before switching to Hootsuite was proper social tracking and running campaigns across multiple platforms. Once we switched to Hootsuite, we were not only able to run everything (or most platforms) from one main social hub, but we were also able to easily compare and contrast our performance across each different campaign natively.

For a long while, Hootsuite allowed me to keep track of activity across my various social media accounts on multiple platforms, and that was worth the investment because of how much I could automate and handle in one place. That value-proposition diminished when their prices increased and they refocused on serving larger clients, but it was still a pretty solid service until that change.

We use this to expand our social media and promote our newsletter and articles. We are always happy when our followers increase and people read our articles. It is more of a feel-good then business generating source for us. It does save me time to be able to schedule my posts in advance to multiple platforms. So the time savings is the most important thing to me.

The ability to duplicate old posts using Hootsuite's calendar is exceptional in reducing not only the time, but the brain power needed for creating posts. Sometimes a lot of time can be spent thinking about and creating posts, then posting them on multiple sites, but hoot suite speeds this up, giving you time to complete other jobs that make your company money. Hootsuite saves you time by posting to multiple sites with the click of a button, but also allows you to easily repost content from 6 months ago to multiple sites in seconds, saving you valuable time which can be invested elsewhere.

Our biggest pain point was investing time into social media. Hootsuite halved the amount of time it took us to plan, schedule and report on our social media efforts. To halve the amount of time means more employee resources elsewhere in the business, so we consider this to be very successful
