We used Hubilo for our annual conference of members within our professional organization in lieu of an in-person event. It was our first time doing an virtual conference. It was also a very quick turn-around from when we decided to hold the virtual event until the actual event date (aprox 120 days). We needed not only a platform that was easy to use for our attendees but for those setting it up.
  • Very great customer support from end to end, including during the event.
  • Pricing is straight forward and very good value.
  • End users found the platform easy to navigate and engage with.
  • At the time, not all sessions had the option to record....I believe they have addressed.
  • At the time, connecting registration to platform login seemed a bit unwieldy...but I believe they have addressed.
I believe for the first time user with a small group of people setting up an event, [the Hubilo] platform and the support you receive from their team is wonderful. We really had 3 people doing most of the set up and had we not had our own self-imposed short period of time, would have found it very easy. Even with a short turn around from the time we signed the contract to the time we went live (1 week), we felt very happy with the end product.

In all ways, Hubilo was a better value for our organization in features, cost per attendee, and support provided. I used Hubilo to host the organization's virtual annual conference after the pandemic forced us to move from an in-person event to a digital event.
  • The entire virtual platform is very user friendly on both the front and back ends.
  • The opportunity for attendees to connect with each other via video chat using the Lounges made for good interaction.
  • The support staff at Hubilo were always there to answer questions and assist when needed.
  • Having a place for pre-recorded sessions would be great.
If you are planning a virtual conference, I can't recommend Hubilo enough.

We have used Hubilo to host a series of virtual conferences - facilitating networking among delegates and providing sponsors with opportunities to connect directly with the attendees. The platform allows us to broadcast our Zoom streams live, as well as providing the delegates with the opportunity to re watch old broadcasts and download the presenters slides.

  • Limited integrations, no Zapier.
  • Refunding tickets can’t be self managed.
Perfect for replicating a virtual conference - sponsor booths and delegate networking all easy and looks good.
