I haven't had to use Customer Service much for Indeed.com but the few times I've had encounters they have been very nice and helpful. They ensure you are getting the most out of your money with the resources Indeed has to offer. You can speak to customer service over the phone or on a quick messenger setting on the website depending on what your style is or how easy you feel your question is.

I get an email every couple of months from whoever my new rep is. I couldn't tell you currently who I am supposed to contact with issues. When they do platform updates, there isn't a warning, nor is there any training or overview to show the changes; you are forced to deal with the changes when you login and see things are different.

We'd rate Indeed as a top-tier service provider. Their information and help sections are really thorough and on top of that, if we have any questions that might be specific to our needs, the support team is pretty prompt with responses that answer the questions we might have in that case. Support is the linchpin for good business these days.

I give Indeed at 9/10 because no one ever deserves 10/10 - there is always something a business can improve upon and that goes for people too! Ultimately, I am very satisfied with Indeed! The customer service is great, the recruiters are professional and getting applicants is easy to do. Taking the time to weed through the good and bad is just a part of hiring! We will continue to use Indeed because it makes hiring easy.
