- We have only indeed connected to our ATS for less than six months, so tracking true ROI on time to hire is hard to dive into.
- The cost per hire has increased over the last couple of years due to how competitive it is for hourly employees across the industry.
- The quality of applicants is about the same. We find that Indeed can provide quantity for hourly positions not necessarily quality and we continue to struggle with candidates not showing up for interviews.
