Our representatives have always been helpful, responsive, and available when we've needed their help. They check in periodically which is appreciated.

Our Customer Success team is always great and answers our questions quickly.

Have not used support for this.

I regularly interact with Jaida Burke and Jessica Tallman. They are both super helpful. I've never had a question or concern that wasn't addressed almost immediately. They are also very proactive in reaching out to me.

I will say that everyone is very nice and tries to help but overall when I have asked for support, everyone is either out of the office or has to find someone else who can help me, which takes longer than expected.

Our rep is always available to assist with optimizing our service, updating the sponsored ads, updating our budget and analytics to help us with decision making.

Any time I needed anything Taylor or Britney always lend a helping hand!

Janeul answers all of my questions and resolved our issue in a matter of minutes. She was friendly and supportive. She also showed me free features that I was not currently using. A great experience!

The simple ease and ability to change our ads daily make Sponsored Jobs invaluable. Also, we are able to create a general job ad and a Job specific ad in one single ad. The platform offers multiple pop up for editing suggestions and the ability to recreate an existing ad saves valuable time.

Fantastic support and knowledgeable tech staff. our reps have always been responsive, pleasant to interact with, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They are happy to share ideas and solutions for anything that comes my way.

I am always able to get in contact with my Indeed rep if I have questions and they are answered in a timely manner.

Both of our account reps have been very helpful and informative.

In my experience, our customer service rep is not helpful in helping us figure out how to cut costs and be more efficient. I feel Indeed Sponsored Jobs is growing too quickly, charging too much, and there is lots of room for a competitor to do a better job.

I am pleased with my account reps as well as the services that we get. I can go back and talk things through with them and see what efforts we can take to do things better.

We have amazing Indeed reps! Prior to Robert we worked with Lauren and Holly. Any issue that I have ever had has been taken care of immediately. Holly is wonderful at looking at our account and answering any questions I have. She is also amazing at communication.

Indeed has always been great with its customer service and client support. Their teams are quick to respond to campaign changes needed or offer up different solutions if we do not see the application flow that we need.

I would give Indeed Sponsored Jobs a 7/10 because I do think they fulfill the needs of most hiring companies. I always think there is room for improvement with a large database like Indeed. I would likely recommend their services to a colleague and friends.

Indeed has reached out proactively to make sure we are supported and are using all the functionality.

Our current reps are outstanding/the best I've had in years.

I wish the response would be faster, at times we wait over 24-48 hours for a response. Also, we have had 5 different support managers in our time. Our sales Rep has done a solid job keeping us where we need to be, but the technical problems we have at times could be better. Lastly, the invoice system is constantly changing and many times those links don't work, and that slows down our payment process as we cannot print the needed itemized invoice.

Our Indeed support team far exceeds the support I've received from any other recruitment platform. We have a dedicated account executive AND a client support specialist, both of whom go out of their way to assist with everything from making our job ads more effective to make the billing process more transparent. They are a rock star team that truly takes the stress out of recruiting!

I can't say enough good things about our support reps. They are always there for us, partner with us to find solutions and even though Indeed is Job Seeker focused more than employer-focused, our reps never make us feel like our issues or concerns are not important. They explain things when we don't understand and do not push us to do things we are not ready to do.

Many years ago I used to sell Japanese copiers and I had to compete with Xerox. Xerox had 98% of the market, they got so big that it would take them 1 to 2 weeks for the repair guy to show up. I venture to say that Xerox has about 30% of the market today. Why? Service. The reason I enjoy working with Indeed is that there are two people that I work with very closely, Randi Shelton and Ashley Duan, without them, you wouldn't have a business. They have the ability to connect with people on a professional and personal level, have strong people skills, are very supportive to us here at GulfSouth Autism Center, follow through with each of my calls, have great ideas on how I can be more productive with Indeed, they're trying to get me to do the mobile app, I like that idea but how do you sell it to a clinical person. If I was you guys I would give them a 10% raise.

Always there when you need them. Never an issue.
