Update: After Influitive was aquired by Jigsaw in Dec 2023, things have gone downhill. They removed all easy access support channels, and support now starts with an AI bot. They also increased our renewal contract substantially. In our organization, Influitive serves as a dynamic hub for cultivating and mobilizing our brand advocates. We leverage the platform to address key business problems, primarily centered around community engagement, content amplification, and customer feedback. Influitive allows us to build a thriving advocate community, fostering a sense of loyalty and turning satisfied customers into vocal promoters. The platform facilitates seamless content sharing among our advocates, amplifying our success stories and testimonials to a broader audience. Moreover, Influitive serves as a valuable feedback mechanism, enabling us to collect real-time insights from our advocates. This input, coupled with the platform's gamification features, encourages active participation and enhances the overall customer experience. The scope of our use case encompasses community building, content dissemination, and data-driven decision-making, making Influitive an integral part of our customer engagement strategy. Overall, Influitive empowers us to transform customers into advocates, driving organic growth and fortifying our brand presence.

My company has been using Influitive for the past two years to manage our customer advocacy program. It helps us provide a centralized place for our customer advocates to go to see our latest educational content, marketing content, community discussions, and advocacy opportunities. They receive points for everything they do and redeem those points for rewards like swag or a product certification. We reluctantly renewed for a third year; however, we are looking at other vendors for 2025.

We use Influitive for our customer advocacy program. We are looking to engage with our customer base to grow our reference pool, nurture customer for cross sale/upsell and referrals and provide education/best practice tools for both our products and the urgent care industry.

Influitive is critical to our day to day customer advocacy efforts and business goals. We primarily use our community as a means of rewarding our customers for trusting us to partner with their business, to recognise the actions they take to advocate for us and their engagement outside of the community as well, be that attending events, webinars or being active in our technical community. We also use the community to source a number of different advocacy initiatives that we have in marketing. This includes: Peer Reviews, Customer References (which we use Influitive to drive), customer referrals, social media sharing. We also use the hub as a place to source customer stories, videos and testimonials to drive user generated content and give it a place to live, so that prospects and customers can consume and share it to learn and understand how their peers use our products.

Influitive helps us create deeper relationships with our customers. Our SaaS product has multiple layers of users and we may not be able to communicate with everyone using traditional email marketing. Our Influitive hub allows us to crowd-source topics for future content and create CABs and beta testing groups using daily users, as well as generate social proof and influence 3rd party reviews which supports new sales and renewals.

Our organizational goals are about elevating the voice of the customer and being a customer centric business. It can be hard to do that without a direct line to the customer. Influitive is that direct line. This platform helps us create engaging content that keeps customers coming back. We also have the ability to create our own journey for customers whether we asking for online reviews, connecting with customers to participate in early access projects, reaching out to experts to help us identify gaps in solutions we have the autonomy to create and engaging, gamefied journey. My CSM, Brent is always willing to help and support my crazy ideas. I am in the process of re-imagining what our community looks like and how to navigate to better support our customers and the Influitive team has been supportive and collaborative as I work through my vision of change. I can't say enough about Influitive. It is a great way to Discover, Nurture and Mobilize advocates all while building trust and a partnership that helps everyone win.

Influitive has helped us cultivate a community that supports our software and loves to share their success stories within their own networks. Creating advocates is a great way for us to build trust and credibility. We are able to generate leads but also, generate content such as case studies. Overall, we are pleased with our experience and our ROI.

Using it to enhance advocacy programs and help users stay engaged with products news, enhancement, learning, and training material. An insightful platform to balance work and fun. Initially keeping users engaged and up to date had been slow, however with Influitive in action, it's effortless. The program helps us make the entire education and learning process fun and meaningful.

To rally customers and the general public together to share our business philosophy (and our product), we needed a robust community platform that could deliver an engaging experience where content could be delivered and consumed easily, advocacy could be generated, and an overall feeling of positivity could be nurtured. We use Influitive as a customer-facing community resource for Prophix customers that supports collaboration, knowledge sharing, and engagement among like-minded users. Its purpose is to strengthen adoption, nurture cross/upsell opportunities, mobilize acts of advocacy and strengthen retention. It also offers a gamified experience. With each completed activity, customers earn points that they can redeem for rewards (e.g. Prophix-branded items, charity donations, or Amazon/Starbucks/Stubhub giftcards).

We implemented our community right before COVID and it was a great way to interact with other employees and keep demonstrating our company culture. It also allows us to get news to our employees in a fun way and helps us spread event news on platforms like linkedin. Our users love earning rewards and staying up to date with company news.

Influitive is used to manage our customer advocacy program as part of our overall Marketing line of business. We use Influitive to support the platform in which our advocates can interact with each other. We also use it to track referenceable activities for our customers.

We have been using Influitive for the past 5 years and it has been a gamechanger for our overall loyalty and advocacy program. The platform is very user friendly and also has all the functionality which we need to engage with our customers and create meaningful impact on the business. Our efforts in generating peer reviews, both on G2 and elsewhere, as well as gathering product feedback, driving event registration, amplifying our social channels, and developing a reference group have resulted in significant success. Additionally, these efforts have helped us to strengthen our relationships with our customers. In addition to this, The exceptional support provided by our account and support teams has been essential in enabling us to comprehend and effectively utilize all the features of Influitive.

We use Influitive to connect with our most passionate customers as a way to help them: connect with us as a company; connect with each other; discover a variety of resources that can help them in their roles; and easily share their love of our product with others. Our Influitive instance lives within Product but is leveraged by individuals across the company on a global scale. At the highest of levels, it allows us to develop better genuine relationships with our customer base.

We use Influitive for our customer community hub

We use Influitive as a VIP advocate community to nurture, reward and lean in to our customers to provide insights we can then provide back to our marketing, product and research teams for various purposes. We primarily use our "hub" as a professional development perk for our paid advocates in our two primary customer groups. These "ambassadors" assist us with a variety of activity and give us valuable insights. In turn, our goal is to retain these high value customer by regularly providing access to free and early resources that make their jobs easier, plus opportunities for them to connect with like-minded folks in their industry across the country to share tips and tricks. Through this community, we always have a quick way to source testimonials, quick insights and hand-raisers for focus groups/events/speakers. We're also able to provide a business case to senior leadership that long-term investment in retention tactics have ROI value.

We use Influitive to help scale our current advocacy program. We're typically fielding requests throughout the organization for customer participation (i.e. case studies, quotes, reviews, feedback, etc.). Influitive helps us do this at scale with our engaged pre-set advocates list. We recently turned on the Community functionality as well so that we can encourage conversation not only between advocates - but also between EEs and advocates (i.e. Product Marketing managers) on new feature feedback.

We are the first company in our industry to launch a gamified digital community for our customers. My company was looking to educate, engage and inspire our customer base to be active in activities like share best practices and industry insights. Having a marketing tool like Influitive was able to take a basic concept of onboarding customer and educating them to a more fun, engaged level of participation. We are able to see the customer journey through a different lens.

We use Influitive for our advocate hub. This allows us to give visibility to our advocates for all the activities they do for us. Before Influitive, we had no way for our advocates to self-service and track how many points and what activity they were doing for us. It also helped bring a sense of community to our advocates. We use Influitive to support our customer loyalty program and various business goals. Its gamification features, targeting options, and rewards section help us to deliver results and promote various marketing collaterals. The flexibility to customize the hub as per our branding also ensures the look and feel of our company values. It has definitely helped us to engage our clients and deliver an exceptional experience to them. The scope of using this product is endless with its gamification and reporting features.
