Awesome Platform...Totally worth every penny!
Using it to enhance advocacy programs and help users stay engaged with products news, enhancement, learning, and training material. An insightful platform to balance work and fun. Initially keeping users engaged and up to date had been slow, however with Influitive in action, it's effortless. The program helps us make the entire education and learning process fun and meaningful.

More options and better UX. Honestly, the platform barely had many features and was entirely focused on referrals. They did not help create a community or advocacy platform. Their gift card system was lacking global reach and that was definitely a major show down for us. We were looking for a unified platform that has all elements: Advocacy, gifting, referrals, references, and amazing UX.

Our core team working entirely on the program consists of 5 people. One looks at reporting and announcements, the others look at rewards, challenge creation, ideation and graphics. The platform has our attention entirely so that we constantly respond to messages in time and invite new customers to the platform to widen our network.

Our team is influenced by a background in Marketing, Content Writing, Graphics, and Public relations. The point of having a team that is blended with customer experience skills is to ensure we have the customer's interest and the right ideation and strategy to build the program into a stronger one. We have trained the people on the platform to ensure they know backend functioning completely.

Product features are the most crucial aspect for us because no matter how low or high a cost might be if the program does not have the features we are eyeing, its useless to us. We deem product features as the strongest point for us to lean towards a company and ensure our target audience gets the best experience while onboard.
We might take a trial month or two. Make challenges and run a beta surveying 500 customers on what features they like the most and where would they feel we could make a change, replace or review a certain feature. It is important for us to keep our audience as the priority and ensure they enjoy logging in each day.

I do not know whether we bought premium support initially, however, I do know that we are treated extremely well and we get great support that is quick, knowledgeable, and always ready for us. The team is very responsive and sure feels like premium and we also have bi-weekly connec[tions]to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Yes usually when we report a ug it is looked into almost instantly and they ensure they keep updating us on the matter. If it is delayed from their end, they are always prompt on letting us know even if we do not follow up. The team works round the clock if we mention the level of urgency.
There was a time that many of our experience channels were acting odd and kept expiring all by themselves. WE realized the bug and informed the team. I think we had two to three people working on the issue and made sure we were up and running in next to no time.

The desktop version is a beauty, however, the mobile app has a lot of things to be worked upon. It often has issues and takes you to different pages while you intend to go on a different one. It is slow and not that amazing. It needs a revamp for sure.

AdvocateHub: Best Decision of the Year!
My company uses AdvocateHub as a way to interact with our customers (mainly HR Managers). Through AdvocateHub we are able to determine satisfaction with our program, determine things our users would like us to add/include/exclude in our program, and identify potential customer case studies and customer speakers interested in joining us at events.
AdvocateHub is primarily used by our Marketing Dept. Business problems addressed include (as mentioned above) getting real feedback from our users and in identifying people who are happy with our product and who would either be interested in speaking with us at an event, or doing a case study with us. We've seen great results & success-- very happy with AdvocateHub!

- Customer Service! AdvocateHub is extremely responsive to any questions we have and are always happy to hop on a call with us to make sure we're all set.
- Easy to use interface. The product itself does a great job of being intuitive. Little technical skill is needed and it doesn't take long to upload challenges, approve challenges and pull reports.
- The concept behind the program is so well executed -- its a very clean interface which uses gasification very well encouraging users to complete more challenges and is fun to use.
- Could make archiving challenges a little easier
- I would like users to be able to see completed challenges and how many points they earned per challenge in a little bit of a better layout. (It's there, but its a little confusing and feels like its missing some info)
- We hit our ROI in less than a year.
- Just the information we've gained from users alone has been extremely valuable to our business
- Its a program that had a lot of capabilities-- it can serve the needs of multiple departments (like iID'ing speakers for Marketing, and ID's bugs/etc our Engineering team users)
We did our due diligence here, but AdvocateHub really won out on all fronts. Between the usability, all the capabilities, and the customer support included-- it was an easy one to go with and we have had no regrets since unrolling it. We have been impressed by the team over at AdvocateHub every step of the way!

Highly Recommend Influitive for Advocacy Marketing!
The AdvocateHub is used for Mitel employees (3000+) currently and we will be adding partners and customers over the next few months. I am responsible for growing Mitel's perception, increasing revenue and employee engagement. I needed an easy way to identify and mobilize our advocates.
- The product is solid. As an admin I was responsible for creating challenges, coming up with point amounts and some other things. Influitive manages the software. I did a three month pilot to build and test our Mitel Champions Hub and didn't encounter any problems with the software.
- The staff at Influitive is rock solid! I was assigned a success coach, Eli, who met with me weekly to set goals and work through action items in Basecamp. This was the highlight of my experience having someone guide me to build the best Hub I could! Anytime I had questions the team at Influitive has been stellar!
- The folks at Influitive get marketing! This Hub is brilliant and is going to help us grow our social selling initiative and other marketing initiatives so much that we are thrilled we found the product!
- Add support for other mobile devices like Android and Blackberry for our global users who prefer those.
- New lead prospects from employees and customer advocates
- Ability to mobilize our advocates to grow our social media presence
- Ability to interact with our advocates with surveys or a quick question
None. I never found anything that could do everything I wanted except for Influitive!
