I think it is a good product but as I have stated previously, there needs to be a more extensive toolbar and labeling of the tools that are available. It is not exactly an easy user experience and requires a long time to become accustomed to the product. I feel like the tutorials are great but do not provide enough information for a rudimentary user.

I have pointed this out before, too, that it is a very intuitive tool. It was quick to onboard our team here quickly because it was a clean slate, which everybody found interesting and with the emotion reactions, it was easier to adopt because initially, people used it to play around.

That's the thing with inVision Freehand. It's an easily adoptable and adaptable platform that the whole agency and all of the different teams feel comfortable in using. Even the account teams that usually don't see themselves as the most "creative" really love working with Freehand to help explain ideas and opportunities that we have with our existing clients and for when we're pitching new business. It's a flexible, no brainer environment for sharing ideas without having to feel hindered by the tool sets that we have to work with. The tools are just right there for us to grab and use as we need to. That's what all of these online ideation and whiteboarding platforms should all aspire to being.

There are some things that didn't feel intuitive, like scrolling and the arranging of different elements on-page. I know they are doing their best with it being in a web browser and would love for them to keep improving it, so it will be even better. There were a few things I wasn't able to do, like customize colors or some shapes, and maybe they offer it, but I'm so slammed with work that I don't have time to search.

Freehand is an easy tool to use, especially for those who are familiar with digital whiteboarding or canvas-like tools. Onboarding is fairly easy fo using basic functionality.

This tool is SO easy to use. It only took me a few minutes to get the hang of it and that's why I love it so much. It allows me to collaborate seamlessly with my team because they're able to do the same! Having everyone be able to open up a link on their own computer and collaborate is key to success.

Color Selection can be tricky when changing colors for shapes and text I've seen other users struggle with creating sticky notes and getting text to fit in the box properly and had to abandon the tool for a workshop for this reason
After having a demo, I learned of new features I wasn't using. I don't know it would have been intuitive to find on my own.

It is a very intuitive platform! I rarely feel confused when I'm using the tool. The only time I've struggled is when I was trying to move around elements that had arrows between them. The arrows seemed to stay pinned on the board and didn't move with everything else the way I expected.
