Great product, great people
We have had to recover some deleted emails due to a compliance request, also where a user had left the business but didn't handover fully, the ability to share that data with the replacement and the manager were a godsend, otherwise, we would need to hunt for a backup, restore to a PST and give a copy to them!

Simple and worry-free cloud-to-cloud data backup
We didn't have a third-party backup solution before. The question was always, can we get the data back when we delete it? Now we no longer have any worries about that.

Best O365 backup solutions on the market
We auto-disable AD objects on the expiry date and don't need to worry about the users being deleted in the O365 Cloud. We can always restore them safely from Keepit.

Keepit as a Backup-as-a-service provider
We are using keepit only for a few months now but we already had several cases where important documents have accidentally been deleted. Some of those would not have been restorable with the native snapshots of our backed-up cloud solution, which would have resulted in the loss of many years of information for some users without keepit.

KeepIt safe with less effort
the "link" functionality is a plus, since we can easily send the link to a specific folder, where the deleted file was stored, and the final user can easily and without IT intervention, search and restore the file.

Keepit up
The latest example was a user cleaning a mailbox by manually deleting folders and items. Too much cleaning was done and the easiest way back was by restoring the mailbox.

Backup with Keepit
Did not have this happen to us.
With Keepit you can restore single data items like an email from a mailbox or a file from OneDrive or from a Team within Teams, which is very helpful in case data gets deleted by the user by accident. You can also restore whole mailboxes or a team from Teams with all the channels and data within it. That can help you in case the administrator did a mistake or your automation has deleted data that should not have been deleted.

KeepIT - Best SaaS backup solution for Microsoft Office 365
We have used both the restore to a file's original location and export as a .pst file option. In the latter case, we wanted to retain the structure of a terminated employee's email account so that we could provide a copy to that user's replacement. We were able to open that .pst file in Outlook for the new employee to reference historical information related to the role.

A simple-to-use, but comprehensive Office 365 backup tool that buys you peace of mind!
So far we haven't actually needed to restore any data but have done several tests and each of them worked quickly and easily.

Keepit does what it says on the tin; setup was quick, interface is simple and clean, pricing is competitive
We haven't had to use Keepit yet - which is good, that means there's been no data loss at our firm. We've used it once so far to compare the file structure of a folder in the backup vs the live environment. Was quick, easy, and intuitive.

We can't think about a better cloud to cloud backup & restore tool
Keepit backs up our Office 365 and Dynamics 365 Data. So in any case of data loss, we can restore that information from Keepit. The restore process is very easy and can be used for whole folders, mailboxes, or single entities like emails or single leads in Dynamic 365. So either if someone just deleted a single file accidentally or if there is a bigger data loss, the solution gives the right option for an efficient restoration process.
