If you have a M365 or Google cloud product Keepit will easily be the best backup product you'll use, easy to setup and use and just works away no need for constant checks, haven't yet found a a problem they couldn't fix and we have had very few little issues.

Definitely make sure you check it out.

ou can configure a Backup for your cloud service also as a non IT person.
So i will recommend always in every scenario Keepit.
I dont think that there are specific area where Keepit do not suite well
