Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

It is great, we avoid duplication of file and also different version of the same graphic, also be able to have it on real time is very important. Normally we have team groups in the projects and it is required to have a good collaboration. It is great that it covers in general our needs.

We haven't needed to collaborate within the product other than others viewing a file. In most cases, one person is working in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite developing the diagram, chart, etc. and it is exported and distributed to others via email, etc.

We have not had any serious issues to this point. Quality and reliability is high. It has been a life saver having a more visually organized place to organize information for our teams. With only working remote, this has been irreplaceable.

As the selected whiteboard for the organization, it is central for collaboration both in real time and asynchronously. One always needs a tool for such communication in today's remote working environment, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is an adequate tool for it.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and other Lucid products excel in both quality and reliability. Its performance has transformed our online collaboration experience, especially in real-time. The platform's stability and seamless real-time editing capabilities have made remote collaboration feel effortless and efficient, significantly enhancing our team's productivity and ability to work together seamlessly.

I have not used the collaboration in real-time option because I find the system needs some improvement for intuitive.

The online collaboration features are complete and useful for remote/hybrid work with team members from various locations. We share diagrams to work asynchronously. We use the presentation mode, and the "follow the cursor" feature helps keep everyone following the presenter. Updates to the diagram happen quickly, so it's easy to collaborate live over a Teams meeting.

We use Lucid to visualize timelines and production. It assists well in our core meetings.

The capability to mention someone asking them to edit and track someone online in realtime while they are editing helps with on call building the doc in real time. It helps us to get the job done then and there instead of me doing the work and send it over to someone who edits it will become a rally and not efficient

We had shared diagrams inside the data team and it was perfect to collaborate in a remote environment

Easy to read, clear in both its visual, color, and font presentation too. Nothing is hidden from view, everything is easy to access, and the site is very clear in how it needs to be used for the user. With the sharing aspects, it's also clear for when it's sent to others via Microsoft, sharing, or even image sends.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides an effective and user-friendly platform for collaborating with multiple online meeting participants. Discussion and elaboration for complex concepts and ideas become easier and clear. Lucid Presentation and Records can be used and shared immediately before and after online meeting.

We have not had any limitation when working online in real time workshops with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. We have been able to make use of the templates, the queries, polling and the framing. As I have previously mentioned, it has been very easy to add into our routine, and we have not had any undesirable or adverse event.

I do not collaborate with others in my current role. I have in the past and I found the real time collaboration to be especially valuable in a remote work setting. Processes could quickly be drafted and edited in real time during a video call, and much of the work was streamlined.

Super reliable, helps me be able to work from home a lot easier because my coworkers and I can collaborate and whiteboard in real time.

Reliability is 9/10 - I dock 1 point because I do notice sluggishness that comes up randomly and I can confirm it's not my mac
Collaboration is great - similar to google docs, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite also provides the same capability

In my role and being remote, I need to be able to collaborate with team members using visuals in realtime to be able to be productive. Before this tool, I would have to take notes, re create them and then share them, When now everything happens in real time and I can be more productive.

Again, wonderful visibility across multiple divisions. Allowing several departments the ability to work on the same workflows with commenting and approval logic.

The only knock on performance is the delay in loading, outside of that everything is real-time.

Regarding Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Lucidchart, it has been fantastic. Real-time collaboration is a game-changer, making it super easy to work together on projects. We never worry about loss of data so we are very confident in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Lucidchart's reliability. All in all, working with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Lucidchart has been only a positive experience and we hope it continues that way.

It has increased collaboration amongst our stakeholders. Our IT team collaborates extensively and they were able to save 3 hours per week when working in real time. So far, it's been reliable for us and we haven't had any quality issues. Our CTO is big on looking at platforms of security and quality. Lucid has met our expectations from this standpoint.

There has been some lag when working real-time, but that is few and far between. When working with a client that is remote, I often share this on zoom and there are no issues.

Normally, when it comes to collaboration, we always hand it off to each other than working simultaneously. This is a way better approach to not have arrows and boxes all over the place which can spark argument and unwanted scenarios.
