(1-25 of 455)Lucidchart great product
- Quality
- Friendly
- Accesability
- Options
- Graphics
- Export files
- Templates
- Document notes
- Solutioning the custom solutions where we want to get clear understanding of how the tech stacks are being used
- Process flow diagrams
- Structure based designs and architecture
- Branded logos like AWS S3, SFTP etc.
- The AI generation is too basic. May be needs training with detailed data
- The chart when shared is sharing all the tabs. Can we limit to 1 tab
The perfect tool to build ERDs
- Entity Relationship Diagrams
- Working drafts to share diagrams and collaborate with team members
- Easy to change templates of diagrams
- In terms of presentation and visual graphics it could be more stunning
An excellent way to visualise your processes!
I would highly recommend Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for anybody involved in drafting process and procedure documents
- Information visualisation of written instructions
- Simplifying complex multi-step processes
- Enhances text based process documents
- Option for bigger UI elements
- Easy to use dark mode and high contrast mode
- MS suite plugin
It is not suited for helping people who have zero understanding of a process to carry out the process. It should be used in tandem with good, clear, traditional written instructions. It complements traditional documents in my use case.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is AWESOME!
- Integration with confluence, notion, slack
- Simplicity of use
- Covers most use-cases out of the box
- Search feature could be better

- Give option to do something like instant alpha
- Give option to make an image transparent
Love this product!

Enterprise Review
- Integrations
- Workflows & SLAs
- Diagramming
- The UI can be improved
- Initially had a hard time using it on different browsers
- Ease of Use
- Variety of tools
- Collaborative function
- Hotkeys
- User customization
- System suggestions
- Full-on AI integration
Great tool for every team!
- Easy to use
- Versitle
- I think it isn't that expensive
- Better sharing w/ team members
- Easier to save as PDFs
- Page layout creation
- Flowcharts
- Collaboration
- User-friendly UI / UX
- Flowcharts pasted to powerpoints and Google Slides can be improved further - a bit low quality imo (either distorted etc)
- Looking to have a smart AI functionality where it can guide user on potential breaks on process flows and suggest alternatives.
Another example is through Lucidchart our T&Q was able to effectively conduct process trainings. Agents are able to effectively appreciate learning through visuals and not through lengthy documents.

We have been using LucidChart at INTERTEL for the last 4 years, and it is a really excellent chart and diagram solution. We are using it to map out all our processes across the whole company, from sales and marketing to operations and support. Even our programming department uses it for their internal processes, and they have been using SCRUM internally. Having all our processes mapped out really help us to understand if there are any roadblocks in our organization, and the correct flow of information from one department to the other. But the main use we have for it is that it allows us to assign responsibilities for each part of the process to the correct person/department, and in our industry having this information is key. Also, it is a plus that the cost of the license is not that expensive compared to other similar solutions, and even the free version has enough features and options to help out everyone. We recommend LucidChart to everyone that asks us about it.
- Mapping out processes and workflows
- Allowing the whole enterprise to see how each process interacts with the other departments
- Pointing out areas of opportunity between each process
- Eliminating unneeded steps in each process
- Helping the new hires to understand the process and areas that they are going to help with
- Printing each chart out and having them in every department helps when trying to change or update a process
- The free version offers a lot of functionality but you cannot print the complete chart
- Translate between languages, our company is in Mexico but we have a lot of people coming from the USA
- Add the option to import or make our own shapes and chart types
It is not so well suited for companies that only have one process that they follow all day long, or that they cannot change or update because of company policies of requirements. Also, if your industry is regulated by the government, it does not make sense to have all your processes in LucidChart, since you are probably getting a lot of them from the government and cannot make any updates to them, or change them in any way shape or form.

Great Tool For Building And Sharing Flowcharts
I use Lucidchart to document and understand existing business processes with my business stakeholders. I also use it to give high-level outlines of the solutions we're doing to implement in a way that is digestible to both our business stakeholders and the engineering team that needs to implement it.
Two features beyond basic flowcharting every team should consider leveraging are:
- Shared folders to make permission management and discovery of historical artifacts easy.
- Commenting to allow for easy coloration and feedback.
- Making Flow Chart Easy
- Sharing Flowcharts With Teammates
- Collaborating on Flow Charts with multiple people
- Sharing is very convoluted and confusing when I'm trying to share a single document. It would be beneficial if there was a request access feature similar to google docs if you don't have access to a specific chart but have the link
- Handling of nested flowcharts to abstract complex but drill down when needed. Simulink has a decent strategy for this and would like to see something similar in Lucidchart
- Link related charts together so I can easily tie different versions of a process together over time
It is not well suited for creating detailed flow charts with many layers of complexity and interconnectivity as there is not great way to link sub-systems to parent systems or connect related systems together.
Lucidchart for a beginner
- Diagrams
- Decision trees
- Architecture flows
- Selecting and moving around shapes can get a little difficult
I love Lucid - So easy to use and vibrant colors.
- Provides great templates to use as example or reference.
- Provides shapes and create diagrams with data.
- Provides integration with Teams, google drive and slack.
- Provides great visuals and choices of color.
- no changes at the moment. I love Lucid!
Lucidchart is Great
- Easy to use templates
- Layers for added but organized complexity
- Ability to export and share as PDF
- Any type of "cleanup" tool that allows for tidying up a map easily
- Easier way to import different shapes
- OpenAI assistant to help build process maps
good value and easy to pick up
my new main use case is collaboration with AI LLM to model system designs. unfortunately I have not found Lucidchart to be useful at this
- library of shapes, etc
- ease of use
- reliability
- ai model construction and rendering
- integration with Google drive is a little flaky
- automation language not available
Great product!
- Well thought-out structure with shapes
- Ability to make complicated things look simple
- Multiple tools to make things look more professional
- With entity relationship shapes, if you delete something, it can move any lines you have connected to it so it creates more work if you make a mistake with a row
Lucidchart gives clarity to written processes
- Lucid has great instructional courses to learn how to used Lucidchart efficiently.
- Excellent user interface.
- It is well organized.
- A costumer representative reaches out right away, I recommend meeting with them, they have great beginner pointers.
- Having a downloadable document listing all the tips and tricks within Lucid chart would be nice at the very beginning. (for example: the right click drag function or hot keys)
