Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

  • Ease of Use
It's very intuitive to use and gives the flexibility to use it in so many different ways.

I often just like being able to lay out post-it notes and move them around with colleagues, but it's also great to be able to embed images and pdfs etc.

Most of us don't have the time to do a training for another software. Nearly every co-worker seems to be able to use Miro basically out of the box.

  • Prior Experience with the Product
The biggest factor to get Miro was existing familiarity and prior experience with the product because many people were already using the tool for a while. As we got more people to use it, we started seeing additional benefits with global participation and the better support for remote resources. The people who were already familiar with the tool helped onboard new users.

Ease of Use: Everyone in our organization can use this tool, and the extra training sessions provided by Miro on functionality and different features help tremendously as well. There was even an ongoing webinar series with Miro Experts where they would introduce new features, and all were well received by our organization. This also enables everyone's voice to be heard and all valuable input to be considered when making a decision.

  • Ease of Use
It's very easy to use and easy to integrate with other systems. It's not needed to get an extended training to start using the tool, beginners can easily use it as well. It's also very handy that we can integrate it with tools like JIRA and Confluence to sync work.

  • Ease of Use
The most crucial factor in our decision to purchase Miro was its unparalleled versatility and robust set of features for visual collaboration. Miro's ability to seamlessly facilitate collaborative brainstorming, project planning, and agile methodologies in one platform set it apart. The interactive whiteboard, extensive template library, and integrations provided a comprehensive solution for diverse team needs. The platform's user-friendly interface was an additional advantage, ensuring easy adoption across teams. Ultimately, Miro's versatility made it the single most compelling choice, aligning perfectly with our organization's multifaceted collaboration requirements.

I work for a financial institution, so integration/cloud options aren't typically something that are enabled for us to use. Ease of use is important as we are big organization with different ranges of technical ability, so it's important the system appears friendly and is easy to figure out quickly.
