I just use Miro individually in my role as a graduate student and instructor, I'm not sure if anyone else in my university uses it.

I really like the start templates that give users an idea of how to use these in a project. An idea is to link to more specific use cases in the title explanation of the templates, like a user journey where you can see some Miro users implementation and use cases. Onboarding tips and helpful tooltips can be useful.

The implementation has gone very well. Most people quickly get up to speed on the solution. We have not experienced any system outages or other major technical issues. The solution is always readily available to login. If there is any issue its the training. There are numerous training programs and guides available to ramp up your knowledge; however, everyone is very busy and sometimes some team members have not taken the training which slows down the meeting onboarding or leads to some challenges on some collaboration activities.

I don't. I think it's easy to use and I have had clients who have used us just because we know how to use Miro.

The licensing is a little difficult to understand at the beginning. We have to do training and briefing sessions to understand the process. Given the number of limited licenses we have versus the number of users, we need to understand the process of how we will be distributing the licenses to them.

It's fairly easy to get people going...but onboarding for specific types of projects could be better....so I don't have to explain to someone who has never used it. How to create Affinity maps and user flows and other ways to design.

The support during implemenation was very sporadic. There were very often no solutions for our issues.

SSO integration works fine.

Miro implementation is perfect. Tablet experience could be improved.

Miro is great for working across teams on a single document, but it does require a level of trust with your team members as you're all working on the same version. Miro helps with this somewhat by highlighting what changes have been made and by whom. There's also a learning curve for newcomers that needs to be factored in.

Miro had been really helpful for my new role as a project coordinator. Much more easy to use than Visio.

The implementation of the product is seamless. They have a web based application as well as a hard copy that can be stored on your local machine. The only issue I have is the integration with Slack and Notion. I think that there is room for improvement when it comes to those two platforms.

I don't recall us having a specific implementation project. We more or less jumped in feet first and started working away with ease!

It is slick, I love the web view, the multi cursors and haven't lost any information with it yet - very nicely made.

Miro is as simple as sign-in and start using. Only when you have some kind of integration that it may be complicated, but not always. Most of the integrations are smooth, there're many apps prepared to be integrated.

Not really, we have had a few upgrades that went smooth...biggest issue is getting users the access and especially edit access, otherwise makes it difficult to leverage the power of the tool, especially with remote, it's key that we can mimic whiteboard behaviors for many users that would normally sit in a room
