Miro is used mainly for collaboration, planning solutions, analysis, and team contributions mainly since teams are remote. I use various diagrams and templates to achieve an outcome for a session. it could be product roadmap, product planning, or solution discussion.
  • Great Collabration Templates
  • Lots of Graphics and icons and stationery to use
  • Allows various users to contribute to the board
  • the navigation around the board is very clunky
  • resizing and moving around
  • zoom in and out is tricky
  • picking and grouping objects without disturbing others
Well Suited Analysis Solutioning Product Roadmap Team Ideation and Brainstorming Ill Suited Discussing Jira tickets, and integration Estimation of tickets retro
  • improved productivity
  • improved collabration
  • improved interaction
Not specifically
quite clunky and sometimes not able to integrate with other apps
it has positively impacted us as we can now use these boards instead of in-room whiteboards
None this is the first program that does so many things

Superb. very well explained videos. Really helps get the knowledge up on the product. The slides are divided into the topics of usage. I have enjoyed following and implementing all of these slides. The videos are well explained and it is easy to follow. There are tutorials that you can take yourself later. It would be nice however if more training modules were added.
Yes it was very easy to learn. I first started using this product without any training. it is very intuitive and you can do a lot with this product.
I took the online training much later and it really helped with more knowledge on this product. I will be continuing with the tutorials to help use this tool to the max.

Miro is easy to use but sometimes the objects move even if you do not want them to.
