  • Allowed us to collaborate effectively as a global team without having to pay for international travel
  • Improves productivity for teams who want to collaborate as a group and independently
  • Has helped us lay out complex options in a visual and demonstrable way to get a diverse group to a better decision faster that we were able to with just a meeting

  • It reduced the level of errors: the wireframes helped our team be on the same page of what the product will look like
  • It helped improve productivity by having us all work on the same space rather than sending each other to different workspaces

  • Allowed us to have remote brainstorms with entire team.
  • Save $$$ on Project kick-off workshops. We used to do those in-person, with multi-national teams. Moving to remote in a post-Covid landscape has saved the company tons of money.
  • There is simply no other tool that we can use that does remotely the same thing.

  • Improved documentation - our boards are used as a single source of truth, so creating documentation is quicker as we don’t need to spend time scrolling through numerous Word documents to find out project objectives! We also link our boards to monday.com to aid project management.
  • Improved collaboration with our stakeholders - inviting them to our boards gives them a chance to review notes to ensure we have gathered the correct requirements.
  • Improved feedback during sprint retrospectives which ultimately results in better team collaboration by the ability to allow our team to comment anonymously when stating their “roses, buds and thorns”!
