We use Miro for mapping out product roadmaps, customer journeys, engineering development, engage in team discussions, ideate and communicating workflows across multiple teams in multiple timezones.
It is a great whiteboarding tool with hundreds of templates to choose from. It works for both tech and not-so-tech-savvy members of the team. We use it to create scrum events and track project progress.
We even use it for goal setting and 1:1s

Miro is an incredible tool to visualize, plan and execute strategy sessions, planning activities and customer communication in a virtual way to allow you to fully engage and articulate conversations. I use Miro both internally with my account team as well as externally with my customers as a collaborative platform and mode to break down the corporate silos and reach a new layer of partnership.

Miro brought lots of flexibility and redefined the way we can engage as a team in a world where teammates are working from different places. We use it to discuss and prioritise ideas, run workshops, come up with creative solutions, download and summarise ideas across the team, specially focusing on new and better ways to serve our customers.

I use Miro primarily as an ideation and solution development board. The digital format and the infinite board area encourage free-form thinking without the usual boundaries of running out of space or the need to rewrite a sticky because you changed your mind about what you were going to write. I use Miro's collaborative features extensively for simultaneous multi-party solution development and coupled with the huge number of prepared templates reduces the amount of time it takes to setup a collaborative session.

We use it to structure ourselves and to exchange thoughts. In the team, to collect ideas. For myself, to better record my todos. We use it for our sync meetings, to distribute task packages, and to brainstorm ideas for the next team event. Meanwhile, I even use it privately because I find the tool so convenient and easy to use.

I've used Miro as an active participant in our Agile ways of working to run and participate in planning and retros - but recently I've been able to create an interactive digital board game in Miro as part of our knowledge check for our Claims Onboarding training program.
It's helped us confirm that our training is landing the learning objectives but in a fun and interactive approach - great feedback from our learners, and it's super easy to set up using the flexibility you get with Miro!

We use Miro as a main tool to collaborate within a cross-functional team. It's often use as a sketching and ideation tool for me as a product designer to elaborate information architecture and product map. It's also the tool I love for synthesizing and analzying data from user interviews. On top of that, we also use it as a retro board and during virtual happy hour since we're all working from different locations across the globe.

I find it useful for brainstorming, visualizing ideas, creating diagrams and planning variety of projects related to HR community. My team can work together in real-time as well. It's great for remote collaboration and fostering creativity among team members which make it easier to reach project goals nowadays.

I use Miro for project management, including tasks, overview, visualisation, for workshops and retrospectives and for notes. I also use it as a presentation tool and a collaborative tool within my team.
Miro helps me be organized and agile at the same time, it requires little to share, collaborate and make changes - and offers a wide range of templates and options for easy use.

Miro initially started as a digital replacement of a whiteboard for more quiet and creative employees; as of today, it became a place to search for templates and tools, a way for multicollaboration, and a system for more visual and intuitive working, reporting. In my opinion, it became a tool and a workplace to transform ideas into valuable business outputs.

I use Miro extensively for many of our team's Agile rituals from Retrospectives, project whiteboarding, and planning. I also use it for team meetings, brainstorming and fun icebreakers! Finally, I use it to replicate some of my paper templates I have to digitize them and enable team collaboration.

I work with clients in workshops to design change management programs, run hypercare tabletop sessions, and for sales opportunities to showcase our capabilities. Miro helps me change up the meeting format, visualize brainstorming and decisions, and gather input from teams.
