We have a need to pull in as much quality pipeline as possible for our B2B solution through the channel. To do so, we enroll over 230 partners through 16 technology distributors in 12 countries with pharosIQ. These partners receive qualified leads through IQconvert, IQconnect and IQdirect.

pharosIQ is ideally situated to provide qualification. Using their IQconvert solution, their callers are extremely knowledgeable in our company's complicated offerings and are very engaging.

If you are looking for demand generation in the form of custom marketing campaigns, I would say that it is not pharosIQ's wheelhouse.

Our account manager is OUTSTANDING! She's flexible and is always willing to make adjustments when needed. She also is extremely knowledgeable about the demand generation trends and has great insight into how best to set us up for success.
Using pharosIQ makes it EASY to fill bottom of the funnel. Not only do they hit the ground running with the partners we suggest for these programs, before onboarding they are very helpful in suggesting which partners are ideal candidates for our program. This ensures a higher-level of success. In addition to the MQLs, pharosIQ's lead qualification through callers is unmatched driving more to the top of the funnel.

We are always looking for Digital activities to add to our partners marketing plans. pharosIQ helps us target the necessary accounts and individual customers needed to drive demand around specific product segments within our company. We use pharosIQ to increase awareness and gain needed MQL's for our partners. When are consistently working with pharosIQ we see our MQL's convert into contact influence.

I always recommend the pharosIQ team to my colleagues that understand what the effort that needs to go into top of funnel leads. Some marketers may see pharosIQs service as a 'quick fix' to gain leads for their business; which in a way is true, but the leads need nurturing from some type of Sales or BDR team to gain traction and close deals.

Currently, we utilize the services of pharosIQ for Outbound Lead Gen Telemarketing Campaigns. We put forward multiple Enterprise Products as our focus, and each activity faces its own challenges. However, the main challenge we have is the available budget afforded to us by our clients on our end to execute such campaigns.

I have reached out to pharosIQ for quotes based on briefs we have received from other departments in my organization. I have always responded with good, clear communication, and most of the time, I have been helped and had the campaigns executed with some really positive results that we would not have been able to achieve had we proceeded to do the campaign with another supplier.

  • We have had multiple positive leads generated from pharosIQ that have come full circle.
  • One drawback would be from repeat leads in the past on different campaigns, which would be acceptable as sometimes similar products are put forward however we would like for this to be flagged and corrected before we receive them.
I am happy with the relationship and the attention we get from pharosIQ throughout our interactions, maintaining this is key to getting the best possible leads for our clients, Yasmin and Colin have always been very clear in what they can and cannot do which I fully appreciate. The reporting is always on a weekly basis and more if requested, and communication is key in our industry. I am wholly satisfied to continue the working relationship, and I thank the MRP team for their Support.
As with any brief we send in, the end result is based on our customer's needs and expectations, be it top-of-funnel leads or bottom-funnel, which in most cases is bottom-funnel. We have had all our requests fulfilled in full with every campaign and have had no issues with the ability of Lead fulfillment from pharosIQ.
Based on the nature of our business and our client's needs, we use multiple suppliers for a range of products. we cannot speak to the use of any other platform apart from Telemarketing as that is our sole use of pharosIQ as a service. For other services, we utilize local suppliers in South Africa.

They provide content syndication services for our marketing team, which generate leads for the business. We give them assets created by our company, e.g., whitepapers, reports, infographics, etc., and they promote our assets to their database. They overlay their intent data on top of the database, plus the filters that we provide to them (job titles, company lists), and then send content syndication emails only to the individuals that match our filters and the intent data.

pharosIQ is well suited for enterprise companies looking to generate more leads for their business, especially if they have gaps in the buying committee they are looking to convince. They are able to target well the personas their clients are looking for. I think it would be less appropriate for smaller businesses, as I feel their services might be considered too expensive.

  • Display ADS we ran with them (conversational ADS) did not generate the expected traffic to the website.
While we do have a dedicated account manager, I feel like they make a lot of mistakes, which sometimes affect the timeline of our campaign launch. Prior to this account manager, we had a different one who unfortunately left the company, and they did a great job with keeping track of all the changes that we requested to our campaigns. Simply put, at the level of investment we are making, we expect top-notch management of our account with as few mistakes as possible (of course, no mistakes at all is not realistic).
It has helped us generate a lot of MQLs; however, the feedback that we get from our sales teams regarding these leads is that they are not warm enough yet - simply put, they are not ready to be contacted with a sales proposition. Some MQLs generated via pharosIQ have indeed influenced million-dollar or hundred-thousand-dollar deals (depending on product & region), which we are pleased with.

I have been working with pharosIQ for almost 3 years now. Overall, I am very satisfied with them. We always had dedicated managers working with our team, willing to find solutions when needed. We have recurrent calls every week with the teams to make sure all projects are run smoothly. pharosIQ's team is always available for these weekly reviews, which helps a lot. In terms of business, we acquired thanks to pharosIQ; it really depends on the tendency of the market. Overall, would recommend it.

If you are looking for a vendor that will get you HQLs or MQLs, I would definitely give pharosIQ a shot. It depends on which market you operate in, the language, the countries, the industries, and so on. Before launching any campaign, I recommend making sure you have a very detailed brief on what your expectations are for the campaigns, exclusions lists, and so on.

Because I like working with pharosIQ, and I think they deserve some positive feedback.
As I previously mentioned, pharosIQ has definitely helped us acquire some business pipelines. However, it depends on which quarter. For instance, summer was obviously quieter.
