Well, they are suited for employing great employees remotely abroad. Omnipresent has a great team that guides you through the onboarding process, helping you to stay compliant with local employment laws. Omnipresent does not offer legal advice on specific employment law-related scenarios. Whilst they can help you stay compliant by employing people for you through an EoR setup, they cannot help with specific legal questions.

Omnipresent helps us hire incredible talent across the globe properly and easily. The platform is very simple to use and our account support team are helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We've used them to help hire talent in 5 different countries and it's gone very smoothly for us and our new employees.

There are many PEOs out there, we found that Omnipresent was more economical in most countries, so it is worth shopping around if cost is top priority, however more often than not we landed on Omnipresent. We've used them for pretty straight forward hiring, so I'm not sure of a scenario where they would not be a good fit.

Being able to hire employees in any country filled a gap where we could not fill previously.

  • They need to implement into their platform a process around daily allowance for travelling employees
  • Vacation / sick-days could be managed a bit better
Best qualities of Omnipresent - They do not hide their fees, you know how much upfront you will need to pay for each employee in each country. Additionally, our Account Managers were knowledgable and had great resources at their fingertips to find out complicated employment processes in each country.

Improvement - Exchange currency fees for salaries not on EUR or USD. This can be costly. So good to know those costs in advance. Also, layoffs, the process around this should be more clear-cut and move a bit quicker. The slowness of partners in some countries can cause uneasy problems for the employees and the company.

Since we recruit worldwide, we use Omnipresent to employ people outside of the UK to allow them to have all of the benefits of being an employee in their own country.

We wanted to trial hiring in South Africa, the EOR model appealed to us, Omnipresent provided everything we needed to start small and start to build our team. The online resources for each country are useful for us to explore the potential costs and considerations if we want to lok outside of just South Africa.

We use Omnipresent to support our compliance in employing international team members. This allows us to search for talent from a much wider pool and keep our compliance risks low.
We were using a different company and were not hay with their service and Omnipresent have solved the issues and could not be easier to work with. They make the hiring process very simple, along with offboarding even in complex circumstances.

Omnipresent is well suited to a company that would like to pool talent and resources from all over the world without getting caught up in the intricacies of compliance. However the current system they use for invoicing, issuing invoice statements rather than actual invoices has caused a headache with our accountancy system and means that more often than not, payments are paid late.

Our company uses Omnipresent to employ individuals in regions where we do not have a legal entity/cannot support payroll. Primarily we use Omnipresent to employ individuals in the APAC region.

  • Consistency - There's been a lot of turnover of staff over the past year. It would be ideal to have the same account manager for more than six months.
  • In many countries, Omnipresent uses local service providers to employ folks. In those countries, we see really long response times, and the info provided isn't always accurate or easy to understand.
Omnipresent is a great solution for companies looking to grow globally but that don't have the resources or market understanding to open new legal entities in other countries. We found that they beat their competitors when it comes to customer service and employee experience.

Omnipresent is an all-around solution for employing internationally. When compared to other solutions out there, we found we pay a slight premium for Omnipresent, but when we value the employee experience as highly as we do it was something well worth the investment. We've had an exceptionally smooth onboarding experience and appreciated their knowledgeable and speedy support every step of the way.

We use Omnipresent both as our PEO and our EOR in different locations across the globe. We have absolutely no complaints, in both instances it works well. The customer service and customer success managers answers any questions promptly, and our employees are happy. Moreover, they take care of everything, which eases a lot our administrative burden in HQ: we barely do anything else apart of paying their monthly invoice. On the other side, it can get a bit expensive if you have very few employees in different locations, as it is our case. I wish they had a better offer for companies in growth with a small but very distributed workforce.

Very well suited for a company that needs an "all-in-one" PEO and EOR, but keeping in mind that having less than 5 employees in one location, and several locations like this, can be a bit expensive. Omnipresent has given us a fairly hassle free way to employ team members around the world - around Europe, as well as across Asia and Oceania. We have a global remote team, and it's a lot of work to understand all local employment regulations in the countries we work in - Omnipresent removes that hassle. It's expensive, but we feel the reduction in administration and the reassurance that our team are properly employed easily outweighs the cost.

We are a small niche philanthropic organization with a US based staff. We've had the need to employ international staff over the past 5 years and were previously with another PEO.

We did a full research and review process with 6 PEO's and found that Omnipresent gave us exactly what we were looking for: superior customer service, attention to detail, country knowledge and affordability. We saved ourselves over $80K with our move and gained more/better services.

I very highly recommend Omnipresent. They have been amazing to work with.

We use Omnipresent to employ people in countries in which we don't have a dependency.

  • Benefits (Meal vouchers, transporation tickets, etc) are almost impossible to get in certain countries, leading to a competitive disadvantage when hiring
  • Expense management is intransparent and sometimes employees wait up to 8 weeks to get reimbursed
Omnipresent works well if you're looking to make a few hires in a country where you don't have a dependency. Some markets are better than other, but overall, they're the best EOR I've looked at so far (we've also worked with WorkMotion, Omnipresent is better).

If you are looking to hire in a market where plenty of benefits (meal vouchers, transportation, company car, ...) are common, using any employer of record will be a disadvantage. Overall, the experience has been good with them (+ highly sympathetic customer service, big props here).

If I could improve one thing, it'd be the possibility to issue employees employed through them credit cards, that'd solve a lot of expense issues.

We use Omnipresent to hire & employ employees outside of our main HQ locations (mainly EU countries). They help us to hire candidates, prepare contracts, onboard them with the third party, run payroll in these countries, to be legally compliant in each country, and to offboard employees at the end of their employee lifecycle.

Omnipresent used to be great when they started but at the moment we really struggle with the time it takes them to action our requests. It usually takes some time for them to get back to us and a few days to get things sorted. I usually have to follow up with them on the progress. Payroll - we struggle to get variable pay numbers in by the payroll deadline. No amendments are possible and we can't send any off-cycle payments. Payroll is quite limiting.
Moreover, Omnipresent doesn't have present in all their countries so dealing through third parties can be very lengthy.
Price - considering all the above, the monthly fees are more than other competitors that provide better support, better payroll experience and have entities in all the countries.

Use it as our EOR for permanent remote employees and also for employees who are making the move to Germany.

Suited if you want an EOR that you can sign up to and not have to worry about it, especially with invoicing and accounting purposes. They provide information about each country before operating within it so you have some understanding and do not work with third parties.

We use Omnipresent as our EOR for about a dozen employees in Canada. They oversee benefits, payroll, taxes, and employee compliance needs for our company.

We are a small organization, so we have lots of workforce changes (titles, job description changes, payroll changes, bonuses needed to be paid), and our main gripe with Omnipresent is the payroll deadlines are way in advance (so if there is a change more than likely it will need to be retried and sometimes not received for a pay cycle or two). Also, they have done some updates to their portal, but they are not very efficient with the workforce changes we have; much of it needs to be updated outside of the system (as the system doesn't allow those changes). And lastly, the support/customer service is subpar, mainly just due to delays in communication or getting answers, as it seems each team within the Omnipresent do not collaborate well (for example payroll team can take a week to answer a question our account rep has asked internally).

We were last year in a critical situation how to deal with new employees and with existing employees from various countries of Europe.<br><br>Problem was how to implement them into Belgium payroll and tax system in comparison to former payroll and tax regimes in addition to existing employees.<br><br>Omnipresent provided an "employer of record" scheme which is flexible, transparent, price competitive, fast and easy to implement into existing HR organizations and regulations.

Ominpresent has helped us manage employees who have wished to relocate to countries where there are strict or complex employment laws. Comparing them to other providers such as Deel, their customer service team have gone above and beyond to ensure that the process from start to finish is seamless and hassle-free.

We had to relocate an employee from the UK to Germany and were worried about the complexity of the employment laws in Germany. Omnipresent did a great job at advising us and informing us of ways in which we could keep the employee located in Germany on a long-term basis.
