We use it to receive different projects through multiple channels in the same dashboard. The receipt of projects, creating requirements, inviting quotes, comparing them and finalising a quote can all be done in one convenient dashboard. The programme now centralises all pertinent information about each project, and what's even more useful is that a contract is prepared immediately for each request that has been granted.

Optimy is great if you get quotes from different channels and work on multiple projects since it helps you summarise and see individual quotes project-wise. I would definitely recommend it if you are overwhelmed and need more structure and speed with your grant management process.
