I like documentation of Paytm when compared with others. This allows me during development and solves any issues if raised. Coming to Razorpay, I have faced a lot of issues with it regarding transactions.

Easy Payment Solution For SMEs
When I inquired about payment gateway I found lots of platforms but all have differences. When I compared with Razorpay I found that Razorpay takes fix 2% charges for all types of payments received on your account while Paytm takes max 2.5% charges for Prepaid card and 0 for UPI and Rupay cards. Razorpay takes 2 days to settle the amount in your account where Paytm settles the amount in your bank account next day by morning.

Paytm is much better than Sodexo due to the wide array of use cases. Also, we need not carry a physical card in the case of Paytm. Additionally, Paytm is accepted in many more places than Sodexo.

Best app to make secure payments online
- Google Pay (formerly Google Wallet)
Google Pay wasn't widely accepted when we started using Paytm but even after using it we prefer to use Paytm because it provides us with very useful services and is widely accepted. Paytm app is also faster than Google Pay app and offers more cashbacks than any other similar apps.
PayPal Payments still needs to be widely accepted, whereas Paytm is almost in every corner of India.

Best for payments and other transactions

Depends on my usage. When I get better offers on Paytm like cash-backs and all, I go for Paytm only. Google Pay no doubt is as good as Paytm but sometimes Paytm is much beneficial. But there are so many updates on the iOS platform which is a bit frustrating as it also consumes the internet data.
- Stripe and PayPal Payments
It's a much better solution for the Indian ecosystem as it solves for more of the domestic use cases and problems. It also offers the PG in Hindi which is the local language, that helps for Tier 2/3 city users. It also has offline payment through QR that other PGs dont offer.

Paytm is widely used across my country. The penetration rate of this product is highest amongst the competitors, leading to its easier acceptance from a local seller to a premium seller. It was the first one to introduce the UPI transfers making it pretty easy for non-Paytm customers to accept the payments from the ones having Paytm wallets.

Pay digitally with Paytm.
Before this app, I did not use any other digital payment services, but after using it I tested other apps like Mobikwik, PhonePe and PayPal. I didn't find these apps as convenient as Paytm. And those apps don't offer as many services as Paytm offers. So now I am using Paytm only for my payments related needs.
