Pike13 is utilized as our primary CRM system, for scheduling and billing across the organization. It is a scheduling platform for a membership-based service business, with good mobile access for both customers and employees. It is also integrated with out merchant processor and is our primary billing platform.
- Good mobile access for employees viewing their schedule.
- Designed well for membership-based business with both individual and group classes.
- The ability of the reporting function is strong, but the interface is not user friendly.
- The payroll function would be more powerful if it was integrated with main payroll providers.

Pike13 is well suited for a membership/subscription based service business, where invoicing is directly tied to a scheduled event. It is limited as a "retail cash register" for the sale of physical goods/merchandise with no readily available inventory system tied to sales.
