We run several webinars to help promote our services. We found challenges and constraints with the different webinar platforms we have used in the past, primarily the difficulties webinar software introduced when having to download specific software. With Present+ we found it really straight forward for our users to join the webinar along with offering comprehensive email campaigns to support the promotion of the webinars.
  • It has a number of email templates that you can use to help promote your webinar along with including them in your post-follow-up email funnel.
  • You can integrate it into your CRM, such as HubSpot. Meaning you can capture your attendees details and include these in any future marketing campaigns.
  • They use embedded webinars, meaning customers don't have to download any software.
  • The Presenter 'Pods' could do with tips to explain that these can be repositioned.
  • The questions/polls have room for improvement.
We will be using Present+ when we have training sessions, show and tells and new product launches.

Having delivered webinars on various platforms, with varying results, we were looking for something different - something that would actually allow us to deliver the webinar experience we wanted. Our focus is always on audience engagement, and the embedded webinar functionality found in Present+ means we can deliver an unrivalled experience in terms the journey the user has from sign up to post-event.
  • Embedded webinars - embed your webinars directly into your landing pages!
  • Useful features - it's packed full of useful features, focusing on the ones that are going to genuinely be of use (i.e., there's no bloat).
  • Well supported - there's a full team at the end of a phone or email if you have any questions at all.
  • Being updated to enhance the experience (for the presenter) regularly, some things are being added over time to become more obvious - they generally exist at the moment, but you may need to make a quick phone call to find out how to use it.
Present+ is FANTASTIC if you're looking for a full marketing tool. Integrated with the likes of HubSpot or Marketo, you can genuinely deliver a fully integrated experience to your audience, minimising drop out at any stage and ensuring a positive level of engagement at all times.

  • It's allowed us to deliver better webinar experiences than ever before, resulting in more engagement, data and leads.
  • We've been positively praised on the webinars we deliver in terms of the overall experience, something that rarely happened before.
Products such as GoToWebinar are great, but they never truly met our expectations or requirements. We used them for years, but the lack of audience engagement was poor, both in terms of when actually in the webinar and when promoting it. The most annoying feature was the fact the process was disjointed - to watch the webinar, you had to leave the landing page, which was massively frustrating.
