I am very happy with Sampler
Sampler offered a more cost-effective and efficient option for us to do digital sampling and the base of subscribers looks wider comparing other service providers. If Sampler can provide more services that others are offering such as apps or more in-depth subscriber's behavioral studies, Sampler will be the only choice for us.

Compare to any other tool We cannot ignore the impact of a simple interface, and the way Sampler lists out and advertises its product collection is really good. Sampler's support and helpdesk are amazing, they make the purchasing process very relaxing. There are a lot of products available at Sampler and its quality of products, packaging and delivery are commendable.

The best platform for testing new products on the market and with the widest range of user offerings
The market for sample-type websites is very fluid. There are many companies that pop up one day, then all of a sudden disappear. Sampler has been around for multiple years and has kept the same business model. They're not perfect, but their longevity and their relaxed nature with reviews are why many like them. Whereas other sample and review outlets require customers to write reviews or have items that many customers simply do not want.

Not a lot of sample from sampler
- Sampler
Sampler is the first of its kind that I tried and I haven't tried out anything similar so I don't believe there is a product that I can compare to stack up with. Sampler has a nice feature allowing us to try out their sample but did a bad job in distributing samples as it tends to take a long time for us to get it and sometimes we would get the wrong samples.

Here are some points which make Sampler better than other competitors,
- Superior experience - The impact of beautiful UX is something that no one can ignore, the way sampler lists out and advertises their collection of products is really great and every detail is easily pointed out.
- Great Support - The support and helpdesk of Sampler is amazing, they make the purchase experience very soothing.
- Quality products and Wide variety - Sampler has way more number of products than its competitors and the quality of product, packaging and delivery is commendable.
