I have used SAP Cloud for Social Engagement within my company's Sourcing Department. We use Social Engagement to communicate with our e-commerce customers and vendors. We also use Social Engagement within our Sales Department to communicate with clients.

  • Include more social network standard integrations

  • Add more metrics within reports being pulled
My company exists within the Hospitality & Tourism industry where we provide Marketing and Event Planning services.
