SimplyHired is Indeed ATS, and it does a great job! I am very impressed with how seamlessly we can move candidates around and send automated messages to them, updating them on the process. We still rely on our ATS system, but we use Indeed's in conjunction. Indeed is leading in applicant response and interest, so by using SimplyHired, we can attract the best candidate pools. It addresses the issue of increasing application volume and reaches, and the TA department is currently using it within HR.
  • SimplyHired is structured well and it makes keeping candidates organized simple.
  • SimplyHired is the #1 job board right now, so by using them, we are getting the best pool of talent and candidates.
  • Although the sorting process is easy through SimplyHired when you check candidates to send a message, it un-checks them after the message is sent, so you have to go back through and re-check all applicants to move them. I'd like to have the candidates remain checked and highlighted after I send them a message.
  • It would be great to have messages sent out automatically once we move them into new categories.
SimplyHired is an excellent solution for any business! It could be used as a single ATS system for small companies, and it could also be used for large companies in conjunction with their in hour ATS.

  • SimplyHired paid for itself in the first month of purchase! We received more apps that month that we did in 3 combined before use.
  • Our TA team has really enjoyed the simplicity in using SimplyHired.
SimplyHired is almost neck in neck with ZipRecruiter, but overall it stands out in the number of applicants it obtains. I do think that trends come and go, and there could come a time when ZipRecruiter is the best place for applicants, but until we see a decline on SimplyHired, we don't plan to invest elsewhere.
I am a big fan of the services provided in SimplyHired. I have no reservations recommending this product to any HR department that is looking for new avenues to explore in attracting candidates.

Our organization uses SimplyHired for job postings that need to be filled up quickly, the ones that need a quick turnaround. Job requirements for niche technologies are posted in SimplyHired and, more often than not, SimplyHired gives us the prospective candidates. They are widely used across the globe, hence easily connects the position with the appropriate candidates.
As we are MNC, we have to fill up job positions at different locations across the globe, and SimplyHired helps us with in an efficient manner.
  • The post-to-hire time is significantly lower, which augurs well with our organizational requirements.
  • It's very easy to navigate, quite user friendly screen and options makes it easier for posting and searching jobs.
  • For job aspirants, there is room for improvement. As in, for Job alerts, SimplyHired needs to send as close a match as possible. Currently, there are cases where non-matching jobs also appear in the Job alerts that the job aspirants receive on daily/weekly basis.
  • Somehow there should be provisions for flagging the scam jobs, or reporting scam jobs, so that the flagged jobs after proper evaluation can be removed from the job lists.
The job types (full time, contract, part time etc.) help to easily distinguish between different types of job postings, and the jobs are filtered based on the job types. The most recent job or openings are displayed on top which helps the job aspirants to apply to the most recent ones. The salary calculator app helps to understand better the salary applicable for the position and the experience.

  • The job post-to-hire time is quite less which helps in effective time management and filling up the position in a timely manner.
  • The candidate search options, almost always gives us the best fit for the open position. Thus, we do not have to spend more time filling up the position. This eventually helps in significant cost savings as one need not have to pay anything to any consultant to hire resources.
