SocialPilot is used across out entire agency, both for internal social media management and analytics as well as managing social media content for our clients. We've used tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and others in the past, but SocialPilot has been our favorite so far, especially with the ability to bring clients into the platform separate from internal users.
  • The analytics feature is fairly well-laid out and is easy for clients to understand their reports
  • When you start drafting a post, you can tweak the individual social platform posts without affecting the others. This saves a lot of time.
  • The ability to have contributors create drafts that must be approved by a manager is fantastic and very user-friendly. It's also not an add-on or extra cost like other tools.
  • The interface is kind of outdated, but easy to get around
It is very well suited in agencies or organizations where a number of people will be creating content but a few will be editing and scheduling. Especially if you work with external organizations and manage their social media channels. I would recommend it for non-profits as well, or organizations that utilize a team of volunteers for content creation.
