Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We used Khoros for several years with great success as a social media scheduling tool and for generating reports on social performance. In 2025, that changed, as the tool became "AI-forward", which as far as I could tell involved firing anyone who could help us with it and just letting things break with absolutely no ability to contact anyone or get anything fixed. At one point, they decided to stop paying their X API bill, and without warning, the X integration broke down. It was impossible to reach a human being or get any help during this time, and we were forced to schedule everything on that channel manually.
