  • Easy to use & create multiple forms (including duplication!)
  • Exporting & sharing submission information
  • Judging of awards/entries
  • Copying form parts, entire forms can be duplicated, but it would be great to be able to copy sections of the form when questions or answers are similar

  • Sorting and labeling applications - makes searching for and grouping applications easy
  • Building dynamic forms that allow for different streams based on the applicant
  • Excellent customer service
  • Website always runs a bit slow - could use some more server space I would imagine
  • Pulling reports for multiple forms at once

  • The sales team did a great job presenting Submittable to us and the stakeholders. They were very clear on which of the requirements they met and didn't meet--unlike other sales teams that promise you their system does everything only to find out it doesn't.
  • Implementation--The team that helped us was amazing. They had a great approach and keep us on track. They also helped us with the specifics of our grants that other companies couldn't--specifically the import of historical data that we required.
  • Support--So far, support after the sale has been great. We have contacted our account rep, and he has been able to address any questions we might have or provide a resource that can.
  • So far, the only thing I can think of is that personalization of the main page is minimal.
  • I wish the email generated by the system could have our email address.

  • Everything related to any applicant's grant (original application, review process, notifications, all communications, site visits, and reporting) is in a central location and is connected and easily accessible. This is a HUGE timesaver.
  • Submittable's features are time-saving and make grant management easy and convenient, from start to finish. The platform accommodates every stage of the grant cycle, fluidly and intuitively.
  • The only thing Submittable was missing for us was the ability to pre-populate our grant application with a unique 6-digit ID number for each applicant. This was important to us because we match our applicants with a database from the public school district so we have to make sure that each applicant's ID number is accurate. They did not have this functionality, but they were able to provide a reasonable workaround for it.

  • Submittable provides a robust, easy to use and stable platform for managing a submission-based competition. The platform allows an admin to easily design, build and launch a site. Backend reporting and the ability to set up judging/evaluations of entries is also a key strength of the platform.
  • The Submittable team has been invaluable to our organization. Cory Davis and Jolene Brink have both been tremendous to work with.
  • Marketing capabilities: Submittable has helped AT&T to reach our target audience in a very strategic and cost-effective manner. Their marketing expertise and guidance has been a huge benefit and time-saver for my team.
  • Minor feature enhancements to the platform including the ability to more easily analyze site traffic patterns without having to extract out of Google Analytics. This is a low priority though.
