I have been using TeamSnap in my organizations for a year and I have found that It is one of the best applications for sports team management. Here, everything we need is all in one available. It is a very user-friendly application for scheduling, attendance, and communication. Along with that, it is very cost-effective as they offer a range of plans from free to paid based on our needs and budget.
  • Supports 100+ sports and activities.
  • Ease of use for everyone because the UI of application is quite simple and attractive.
  • Helps in saving time.
  • Accuracy is better than normal.
  • Some games are still missing.
  • More reminders should be there.
  • UI can be more clear.
Registration was really easy. I put it together myself. I had some pretty gnarly stuff to put in there, and it was easy. This is a dream come true as an organizer. Here at TeamSnap, they are wizards with programming. Looks pretty perfect. I and our members don’t need more apps to juggle now. Easily administer and collect self-assessments directly in TeamSnap!

We use TeamSnap for our entire association's registration and team communication.
  • Simplifies communication.
  • Simplifies scheduling.
  • Simplifies accounting.
  • Customer service is not good.
  • OS can be clunky.
  • Price is high for the features you get.
  • Still has ads even with costly subscription.
I would highly recommend this company if they had better customer service. They do not offer phone support and are reluctant to address issues and shortcomings in their OS.

  • It makes it easy to know what's coming up on the schedule
  • It allows you to mark exactly which events you are able to attend
  • It has stats and some other features hidden behind a paywall
Its well suited for any team sport

I have used TeamSnap to organize my sports teams for years now. It is the best application I have found for Team Management and Communication.
  • Team Management
  • Team Scheduling
  • Team Communications
  • None that I can think of.
I have recommended TeamSnap to multiple people in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
I haven't had any need to use TeamSnap support, but their online FAQs and help features have been sufficient for my questions or concerns.

With travel softball, there are communications that need to go out across the entire organization, to individual teams, or to specific families. Team Snap enabled us to solve that communication problem and has become our go-to platform for all organizational data.
  • New feature rollout.
  • Contact management.
  • Stats and integration with external apps.
  • Invoicing and financials could be more developed.
Anytime there are instantaneous communications that need to go out across a number of different mediums. It ensures that everyone is on the same page.
They are great at being responsive. Not much proactive communication relative to how to better use the platform.

We use TeamSnap to communicate with all the skiers, families of skiers, coaches and athletic directors in White Bear Lake. It makes communication of things, as well as calendar updates, simple, quick, and for a sport that is weather dependent, really easy to manage. It also deals with the different communication tools—text, email, and websites—all at once.
  • Change of venue, date, and time on the calendar.
  • Notify in real-time of any changes.
  • More tailored to specific sports.
  • Cut down on the types of messages.
I have already recommended the app to other coaches in the district. We have also talked about implementing the app for our section and conference. Due to the volatile nature of our sports schedule, the quick and easy communication tool is invaluable. Also, the ability to send to multiple people on the same account is super slick.
Whenever I have had an issue it has been dealt with quickly and correctly. I haven't had any with functionality, rather with billing since I have to go through an athletic department. They were understanding, responsive and fixed the problem quickly without any major issues. The use of the app was not stopped.

I have used team snap as a coach and as a user for various sports teams. The available apps are amazing! using TeamSnap to keep track of schedules, rosters, and files is amazing! There is really no comparison - TeamSnap is the best place to manage teams! I recommend using team snap for sports teams or even businesses!
  • Scheduling.
  • Messaging.
  • Tracking current scores.
There is not another application or program available that comes close to what TeamSnap can do. Whether you are running a team or a business it keeps everyone connected. I have used it a lot for football and baseball teams - I believe Team Snap to be the best available in the market today.
Support is excellent. I think that the application is easy to use and it has so many advantages over the competition! TeamSnap is my go-to for any time I want to bring a group of people together, It is truly a superior product.

TeamSnap Leads the Pack

I use TeamSnap as a parent of 3 children on different soccer teams. TeamSnap has been the scheduling/team management software for probably half of all the soccer teams my kids have been a part of over the past 8 years. They do a great job of organizing team schedules and communications. They're definitely the market leader in this category.
  • Practice and Game Scheduling.
  • Team Communication, notifications, and alerts.
  • The Schedule in List View is odd -- you must scroll all the way to the bottom to view the most recent event.
  • Website load speeds are usually very slow.
TeamSnap is great for organizing and managing youth sports teams' schedules and team communications. There are some competitors out there, like Shutterfly and Drivn (the worst), but TeamSnap seems to be the one that stands out as the leader in this field. It's applicable to all sports and leagues. I personally am relieved whenever my child joins a new team that uses TeamSnap.
I have never had to use their support.

I would find it rare that Team Snap would be used for business purposes. We have been using this for a massive organized team since September 2016. We organize 6 practices a week, across three teams (Mens, Womens, Novice). We use this for all team building events, fundraisers, and matches, as well as chat, emails, and contact information. We also use the file storage for logos, bylaws, and release of liability forms.
  • Scheduling.
  • Notifying.
  • The app can be iffy.
  • Updates on some carriers come faster than others.
We use this for an organized sports team of roughly 85 members, spouses, coaches.
I like you can email certain folks and not others. Chat is iffy. I tried to turn off the notification but it still vibrated, so I had to turn off notifications in full. Again, I am not sure how a business would use this, but it manages all of our practices, meetings, and matchups.
I would have to say that for the most part, the only time we have had to use CS is when we needed to update the board members from year to year. Then we have a new administrator, or "owner" of the platform. We would then need to transfer the email from one person to another. Otherwise, even with billing, there have been no issues. It's flawless and well worth the cost.

I use TeamSnap as part of a men's athletic club. We use it to keep track of participation and communicate important messages to all participants.
  • I receive a notification as soon as a game is scheduled.
  • I am able to respond and confirm my participation at the next event.
  • I can see other participants who have replied and communicate any messages to the team.
  • It would be nice to see who has viewed the notification message but has yet to respond.
  • I would like to have an idea of how many people have viewed a message sent to the team.
  • It's hard to know which communication channel is more effective - sending a message or using the chat feature.
TeamSnap is well-suited for team communication and registering attendance at events and games. It doesn't work as well as a lot of other apps when you need to know who has viewed a message. And it would be great to see when people have opted out of receiving notifications of messages.
