Overall the product API is extremely well documented so it is very easy to build a product with their technology. The website is a little bit cumbersome to use as they have greatly expanded the number of products that they have over the years, but the dashboard UI has not been improved much since.

Twilio has well documented APIs and examples. There are several tutorials, videos and Q&As regarding their services. So, usability is very good. I must say that advanced knowledge of telephony, API/Programming and error-handling is essential to make good use of Twilio. It's not just plug-and-play unless you are integrated with a system that has all of the programming built for it.

It is widely usable across the globe for the communication interface requirement. We can use them for Programmable Voice to set a feature of automated call to the end user. We can also automate your email communication with the help of marketing campaigns to update the end user about your products.

There are functions that are very easy to use, but there are others that you have to be a developer to be able to do things. I find it too complex for some environments.

I gave them a 10 here because from the agent level this system is very easy to use for them. Supervisors love it because of the reporting they can get and the ability to monitor and train/coach their agents. The only piece where it gets tricky is from the administrator side of the house, but if you have a good IT team there is nothing to worry [about].

The versatility of integrating this into code is just perfect. You can design your code and just use their API for specific functions. Dealing with vendors with this solution with API's is usually more complicated because they are designed with a single goal in mind, let's say appointment reminders, but with Twilio you get the essence of being free to send a text message for whatever reason, and that with custom code is a very powerful tool.

It really cannot get much easier. Simply sign in, verify the device and off you go. I have found Authy to be very easy and almost identical across all the devices I use. I am disappointed about the slow update process. Authy could use some updating, but I have not seen it yet.
