WebinarJam has been widely utilized by various organizations to host informative webinars for lead generation and education. For instance, Achieveit360, a training company, has been leveraging WebinarJam since 2015 to offer free monthly webinars for list growth and educational purposes. They appreciate the easy-to-use dashboard, which enables them to promote their programs effectively. Moreover, WebinarJam's integration with their CRM platform has proven essential in streamlining their webinar management process. The software's capability to handle a large number of registrations makes it particularly suitable for Achieveit360's needs.

In another use case, a startup in the agriculture and food industry selected WebinarJam to deploy live webcasts for digital marketers. The startup was drawn to the platform due to its cost-effectiveness and desired functionality. With WebinarJam, they were able to conduct interactive webinars that featured audience polling and hands-on product demos. This allowed them to effectively deliver their message to 50-100 attendees per webinar and gather valuable feedback on their product. Additionally, WebinarJam served as an effective tool for increasing product exposure and driving sales and lead generation efforts.

Overall, WebinarJam proves beneficial across different industries and organizational sizes. Its affordability, ease of use, scalability, and integration capabilities make it a valuable resource for hosting webinars for lead generation, education, program promotion, interactive sessions, product demos, and gathering feedback from audiences.

Integration with Infusionsoft: Several users have found it beneficial that the platform integrates seamlessly with Infusionsoft, allowing them to trigger pre and post emails and campaigns based on people's interactions with the webinar. This feature has helped them track attendance and other interactions during the webinar.

Handling a large number of attendees: Many reviewers appreciate that the platform can handle a large number of attendees, which is important for businesses with a high volume of participants. They mentioned that other platforms either couldn't handle that amount or charged too much for it.

Everwebinar extension/option: Users love the Everwebinar extension provided by the platform, as it allows them to continuously use past webinars to get new registrations and enables their audience to attend recorded webinars at any time.

Limited customization options: Some users have expressed a desire for more customization options, specifically the ability to edit areas that are currently restricted. They feel that the software's current customization capabilities are limited and would like more flexibility in tailoring their webinars to meet their specific needs.

Inconvenient settings reentry: Several reviewers have found it inconvenient to have to reenter settings for each webinar. They suggest that it would be helpful if the software provided the option to save settings for future use. This would streamline the setup process and make it more efficient for users.

Lack of customer support: Users have mentioned difficulties in accessing customer support when they need assistance. They recommend being proactive and self-sufficient when using the software, as they feel that customer support is not readily available. Some users have had negative experiences with customer service and believe that improvements should be made in this area.

Based on user reviews, there are three common recommendations for the software:

  1. Test the software first: Users recommend trying out the software to see if it meets your needs and testing integrations. This allows potential customers to assess whether the software is suitable for their specific requirements before committing.

  2. Consider other vendors for advanced features: Some users suggest exploring alternative vendors if you require more advanced features. They believe that while the software is suitable for entry-level use, it may not offer the same level of functionality as other providers in certain areas.

  3. Great for professional use: Many users find the software excellent for professional purposes, particularly in relation to health and safety applications. It provides a reliable platform and tools that meet the needs of professionals in this field.

Overall, users advise trying out the software first, considering other vendors for advanced features, and recognizing its suitability for professional applications such as health and safety.

Using WebinarJam to schedule live and automated webinars for lead generation.
  • good price
  • US based company
  • terrible editing platform
  • bad customer service
  • company updates affect current webinar settings
The company is trying so hard to be the next great thing in the webinar hosting space. I applaud the effort but the cost of this is put on the user. The site is really wonky to use and they have a habit of pushing out updates without telling their users first. The last update completely reverted all of our customizations back to the default EverWebinar layout. I only found out about this after a lead kindly send an email to the firm letting us know that [our] registration confirmation page was showing lorem ipsum script. Embarrassing really.

  • when the system works, it is very good
We don't run webinars that often so the price of WebinarJam was very attractive. Other than price, WebinarJam lacks numerous features that other platforms provide, and most importantly, their system reliability is decent at best.

We regularly use WebinarJam and EverWebinar to stream training on a number of topics. What I love about WebinarJam is the ease to replicate and tweak training as I learn more about what the audience wants and needs. Being able to update almost on the fly makes the tool invaluable to our business.
  • Easy to set up.
  • Easy to integrate with other platforms.
  • Easy to look professional and tech-savvy.
  • Duplicating successful webinars is simple.
  • Moving from the two platforms means we have tools for live and evergreen streaming.
  • More integrations with other platforms.
  • Ability to access both platforms from one landing page.
Easy to set up and the system takes you step-by-step through the process so you don't forget anything. Love it!

  • Not much impact to date, but I think that's my content, not WebinarJam's fault.
So easy and intuitive to use with a failsafe feature so you always are reminded to save changes.
Is slower than I would like.

We have been using WebinarJam since 2015. We are a training company and decided to start offering free monthly webinars as a way to grow our list and teach people. There are other webinar apps out there but WebinarJam covers everything we need and integrates with our CRM platform which was a must. We also have thousands of registrations and WebinarJam can handle a large number of registrations. Finding an affordable platform that could handle a large number of registrations was difficult until we found WebinarJam. WebinarJam has helped us grow our business tremendously.
  • Integrates with Infusionsoft. This is great as we can have pre and post emails and campaigns triggered based on people's interactions with the webinar. It also helps us track attendance and things like that.
  • Holds a large number of attendees. This was a must for us. We have on average, 1,500 people on our live webinars. Other platforms couldn't handle that amount or they charged way to much for that amount of people.
  • We love their Everwebinar extension/option. This allows us to continuously use past webinars to get new registrations and allows our audience to attend the recorded webinars anytime.
  • The amount of option within the webinar is great. One that really stands out is the ability to post offers directly inside the webinar. When we use it, we have really great results.
  • Overall the customization options are nice but I would like to be able to edit some areas they don't allow us to edit so that everything matches.
  • We set most of our webinars up the same so it would be nice to be able to save our settings so that we don't have to reenter everything everytime we setup a webinar. Like presenters, email copy, colors, etc.
  • I used to have a lot of things I wanted them to add and update but they have done a pretty good job of adding new features and things so my list has gone down.
We have used WebinarJam for many reasons. Our main reason is to host large free webinars but we have also used it for smaller live training courses that people paid for, we have held private training classes for companies, and so on. I guess you could get creative and use it for a conference-style virtual event but wouldn't really recommend it for that. You could use it for internal training within an organization and things but I still feel it best suited for webinars and marketing purposes.

  • Our WebinarJam webinars are what helps grow our list the most.
  • Our sales have increased.
  • Our exposure as increased significantly.
  • Zoom
WebinarJam all around gives us more options, integrations, marketing abilities, and attendance abilities and the price is reasonable for everything we get. We use Zoom for some smaller training courses and when we need to do breakout-style training but other than that, WebinarJam is out goto. We selected WebinarJam for all the above reasons and to this date haven't had any reason to switch to anything else.

Overall, WebinarJam is easy to use and you really can't mess anything up. It's a step by step walkthrough with the setup which helps you cover everything. It's pretty clear where things are and what things do which makes it very user-friendly. They have tutorials and helpful information if you're unsure of anything and their support is pretty good as well.
The support overall is good. In the early days, it wasn't the best but they have definitely stepped it up lately. If you have questions about the platform, issues, setup, etc, and don't mind waiting 24 hours to get a response then it's good. They may have faster response times now but when they updated to 4.0 it took a while as they were getting hammered with emails cause there were issues. It seems like they have worked out some of the kinks so I imagine their support can respond much faster now. There is no phone number to call so there is no way to get immediate help or answers which can be frustrating when you have issues right before or during your webinar.

There are only two people who would have reason to use WebinarJam in our organization. The main business problem we would use it for would be to create a formal online event which we want to schedule and have reminders sent regularly to potential attendees, with good looking landing pages and sign up forms.
  • WebinarJam is really good at helping to create professional-level webinars.
  • WebinarJam takes care of a lot of issues for marketing your online events, with notification and tracking.
  • WebinarJam makes it very easy to personalize your webinars with your own branding and gives you a lot of control over the design of everything, from landing pages to email notifications.
  • One of the biggest problems we have is that WebinarJam was sold to us as a lifetime license, and it was supposed to include broadcasting on Facebook. For reasons that were never clear, they stopped providing that functionality, which greatly reduced our use for the product.
  • WebinarJam started out life as an innovative product, full of promise. Things changed within the organization, key staff and players changed, and it seems that key players just moved on to other projects. Users were required to pay for upgrades in order to get the best use out of the product.
  • A big problem that was never really solved was the Lag/Delay between realtime and what the users were seeing and hearing.
  • We really wanted to be able to administer Surveys to people during webinars and be able to store their responses and export them to a database. We were told there was no way to do that.
I'd recommend WebinarJam for anybody wanting lots of marketing bells and whistles to help them promote an online event, especially if they want to record it... and broadcast it later. It is not as appropriate for quick team meetings and where you need more than three presenters on-screen simultaneously who can switch control back and forth.

  • WebinarJam has very little impact on our overall business objectives, as we rarely use it for the things we focus on most now.
  • We feel we never did get our money worth from the original purchase, so that is a negative impact on ROI.
  • The difficulties we encountered made us realize the importance of distinguishing the difference between using a product designed for the Marketing Industry versus the Education and Training Industries.
We had previously used GoToWebinar and found WebinarJam to provide overall better quality of audio, and it was less expensive. We now use Whereby.com for our staff meetings and for recording training sessions because it is much cheaper and easier to use because it does not require downloads and is browser based.
Webinarjam still had a lag/delay last time we used it, but this does seem to be getting better. It gives users quite a bit of control over the design and appearance of the product, and fits in very well with most marketing needs and requirements, and integrates well with autoresponders and other marketing products.
In the beginning, there were weekly seminars devoted to Question and Answer sessions with key staff members whose goals seemed to be to help users get maximum utility out of the product, and they were willing to help you with marketing advice in general. That level of support was greatly reduced, but they still do have people who respond to email questions fairly quickly.
