  • SimplyComp will allow us to remove the manual processing and mistakes that happen by having finance make calculations.
  • Transparency with the sales organization to catch processing mistakes early and fix them before payout will be wrong.

  • Major time investment to get SimplyComp set up and we needed to run two systems in tandem for several months to ensure everything was configured accurately.
  • Following set up, SimplyComp's automation made calculating commission much faster and reportable.
  • SimplyComp helps us catch and prevent human errors.

  • Positive impact is our reps are able to view their commissions much more clearly in SFDC. We are also able to calculate 95% of our commissions more rapidly (and have to spot-check the rest).
  • Negative impact was the onboarding process and "learning as we go" rather than having a set process document for getting us live.

  • Huge improvement in processing efficiency. We currently are able to process 25 commission plans with a quick click of a button.
  • The customization has enabled us to easily update plans as business needs arise. This has been especially helpful as we're still working to optimize our commission plan structure.
