Yello offers us an endless number of tools and functions throughout its control panel, which help us easily, efficiently, and almost automatically to search, find and hire the ideal staff with the skills and characteristics we need for our jobs.
  • It has live video interviews in front of a jury, which allows us to ask the interviewee customizable questions that the program also throws them by default.
  • It also has integrations with social networks to expand the search for ideal candidates for our vacancies, as well as integrations with software such as a greenhouse, Gmail, daxtra, and more, to improve its functions.
  • It allows us to view the candidates' profiles in an organized way so that we can monitor their progress in the selection process.
Cons
  • The platform allows affiliation to events or job fairs, but its number of events is very minimal for what we need.
  • Its learning curve may be a bit high, but it is worth getting to know the software in-depth, as it is very useful and provides us with great candidates.
