ZipRecruiter

I think this is such a terrible system it is not even funny.

ZipRecruiter is always my backup when candidate flow is down. I keep that up at all times to catch a few applicants here and there. It's not a huge number of turnouts but I can't depend on it to bring in a couple. It's a steady flow, even if the applicants are duplicates.

i can't speak to this one too much because I haven't seen the metrics of what it brings in without me doing the leg work.

It has given us great exposure to a broad applicant pool. I do find many candidates using ZipRecruiter and the data base of resumes.

I do not use the newer AI tools. I cannot sit there waiting for people to join a virtual interview.

ZipRecruiter is very much useful and we have placed many good candidates for the job and they have also given a good back with job work and client , it is very easy to go for BGV with ZipRecruiter candidates , coz they are genunine and quality profiles , many have been placed with this platform.

We have not really used this feature. At least not to my knowledge, unless there is AI filtering or matching going on in the background.

Ziprecruiter has honestly returned less qualified applicants than Indeed. I find that I can find the same applicants on Indeed and then some. I wish we had more applicant flow for our reqs. It feels like I am always repeating the same people despite how detailed I get with my posts.

ZipRecruiter does have good IT tools. It can pinpoint my need for PTCB-qualified applicants or an applicant with required management experience. I do use the sourcing tool when I am in there and rely on Zip's ability to bring up qualified people. I am then able to contact them directly.

It's been ok. I appreciate that ZipRecruiter has some build templates to utilize that you can access fairly easily.
