Zoho Social provides marketers with pre-publishing insights based on the engagement level of previous posts and the activity of their audience. Zoho Social even goes a step ahead to shows users the percentage of their audience that’s likely to see their post now, suggests the next best time to post and lets them schedule a post to go out at the same time of the day in different time-zones.

Zoho Social's real-time monitoring dashboard helps marketing teams listen to what’s being said about their brand. Users can search and track a keyword; and respond when they need to. Instant notifications ensure quick reactions and guarantee that no relevant conversations are missed.

I like that Zoho Social gives you a free trial and you can extend it for more days or even months, in the free trial you can add several social media and even a Facebook Group, so far I have enjoyed this product! As a recruiter I have to post vacancies and with Zoho Social I can post, program the application to Autopublish several times I can rest the following days of having to post every day manually in my social channels.

Zoho Social is wonderful for managing multiple social applications such as Meta and X. It allows a team to successfully reach their audience while saving time without sacrificing quality. It is great for preparing future media. The only time that I would recommend staying away from a particular feature is when you rely on cloud services as you go.

Since I started using it, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my productivity and campaign management. The intuitive interface and planning features have allowed me to schedule posts in advance and maintain a flawless editorial calendar. I’ll never miss a timely post again! In a nutshell I would say it is so great because the ease of use. The platform is very user friendly, very easy to learn and, EXTREMLEY easy to understand. I myself learned it within 1-2 hours. I think it is fantastic and recommend all marketers out there to try it.

I use it mainly for Linkedin, but I can repurpose content for other social channels so it's going to help build that side of things.
I'm a sole business owner, so don't need lots of people / licences so it suits my needs well. Much cheaper than some of the other alternatives, and from what I see just a good if not better

Great for the well known platforms, but would really like to see other platforms added, such as TikTok, Threads by Instagram, and in the future, adding Fediverse applications would be awesome. Post writing and scheduling on the currently supported platforms is good, but integrating AI into the composer, and adding transforming for making the post more suitable across the various platforms would make this a killer app, best in class. Zoho Social seems to be in constant development, so I won't be surprised to see these features released, if not already planned.
