Zoho Social provides marketers with pre-publishing insights based on the engagement level of previous posts and the activity of their audience. Zoho Social even goes a step ahead to shows users the percentage of their audience that’s likely to see their post now, suggests the next best time to post and lets them schedule a post to go out at the same time of the day in different time-zones.

Zoho Social's real-time monitoring dashboard helps marketing teams listen to what’s being said about their brand. Users can search and track a keyword; and respond when they need to. Instant notifications ensure quick reactions and guarantee that no relevant conversations are missed.

I would not trade Zoho Social for any other app I have seen. I plan on upgrading my service. I also recommend it to clients. I use it as a training aid when I teach classes. It is absolutely the best solution in my opinion. I would not recommend it otherwise.

I am enjoying using Zoho Social and I look forward to really unwrapping what it has to offer. I need to be able to essentially offload all my social media posting and work so that I can do the actual work of sewing clothes, which is what my business actually does. This way, I can spend a few weeks making different types of content while also sewing clothes and post the content in a way that builds a story for my business and is entertaining.

This app has everything we need to keep followers informed, attract new followers, gauge their engagement, expand our network, and spread information about the business. The developers have kept up with bug repairs and the latest enhancements have made it all the more useful. Best of all, it has saved a lot of time and mental energy, making it worth every penny.

We like Zoho Social but it's a competitive world. We're always keeping an eye on better solutions for us. We may outgrow Zoho Social and need something with more powerful analytics. But that day may never come.

It just works and works very well! I have no complaints whatsoever. It’s very simple to use, integrates with other Zoho One components and social platforms. The Zoho company has perfected this software for efficiency and ease of use. Other companies could learn a lot from this one. Integration is the key!
