Zoho Social provides marketers with pre-publishing insights based on the engagement level of previous posts and the activity of their audience. Zoho Social even goes a step ahead to shows users the percentage of their audience that’s likely to see their post now, suggests the next best time to post and lets them schedule a post to go out at the same time of the day in different time-zones.

Zoho Social's real-time monitoring dashboard helps marketing teams listen to what’s being said about their brand. Users can search and track a keyword; and respond when they need to. Instant notifications ensure quick reactions and guarantee that no relevant conversations are missed.

I work with a team that is collaborative so in house there's only me and my partner. However, I love that Zoho Social makes it easy to collaborate and share if necessary. It's great for people and agencies who manage multiple brands, as well as anyone who may have an assistant or social media team. I've worked with various versions of this and Zoho Social is the easiest tool to navigate and share tasks.

For my business, it's about crafting a narrative of what the day to day of the clothing business looks like. I like to post pics and videos that show garments from their conception to the finished product to give the customer an idea of the care that goes into creating my custom designs.

We have a social media manager/SEO Analyst who handles all social media postings. He plans and schedules all social media campaigns for the practice and ensures they go out at peak times. He also gives reports based on the dashboard analytics, including how many followers we've acquired and how much engagement we've seen in the last 30 days.

People familiar with image manipulation, hashtags and good keywords usage. It doesn’t take a whole lot of skill to use this product but it does take some clever tactics to engage an audience across multiple social media platforms regarding specific products and services. The types of people or skills required to support Zoho Social varies.
