What is ARC Provider Package?
ARC Provider Package is an enterprise suite
built for TPGi’s own audits.
Automated scanning does not catch every WCAG issue, the majority can only be found through manual testing. ARC Provider Package is an accessibility test management and logging platform that will allow enterprise-level organizations to perform manual accessibility audits in-house.
ARC Provider Package is made up of three parts:
1. ARC Provider Portal
The “headquarters,” where managers can set up, manage, and run accessibility audits. This is where managers set up the user flows that need to be tested
2. ARC Capture
This is a browser extension where testing teams can follow a guided test process to check user flows and log the issues they find. This guided test process means that experienced accessibility teams can oversee the work of less experienced testers.
3. ARC Customer Portal
After the manual audit discovers the WCAG issues on an organization’s website, those issues can be imported into ARC Customer Portal for other teams to fix.
Overall, ARC Provider Package takes organization from identifying user flows on a website, to manually checking WCAG issues, to solving them and creating an accessible website.
