Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics
As an ecommerce specialist, I use Adobe Analytics to track sales and orders, explore journeys, track against comparison periods and flows through sales funnels. The product is core to my daily role, and helps us identify opportunities for growth, as well as bottlenecks within our website, as well as checkout processes.
- Pre-defined metrics
- Quick visualisations
- Drag and drop functionality
- Ability to build bespoke metrics and segments
- Exporting shouldn’t just be CSV
- Slightly more complex than Google Analytics
- Can be slow in loading large data sets
- Ability to optimise web experiences more effectively due to having a more detailed understanding of customers behaviours and journeys
- Ability to report effectively on my personal contributions to uplifts in sales and conversion, as well as specific uplifts based on campaigns
- Ease of use has meant more employees are able to get deep in the data
Adobe Analytics is my current companies analytics tool of choice, however in comparison to other tools - it is the most comprehensive one on the market. It enables granular reporting and analysis which in fantastic. The one downside is however that it is slightly more technical and advanced, and therefor slightly less user friendly. But still, for someone in tech - easy!
