Overall Satisfaction with Braze
We use Braze to send our CRM messaging. Braze allows us to address the problem of sending the right message to the right customer at the right time and, crucially, on the right channel. The scope is to send timely messaging across our product channels.
- Easy to user interface.
- Allows personalization.
- Send real-time triggered emails.
- Sometimes hard to dig into the granular details when something has gone wrong.
- Reduced cost.
- Improved productivity due to ease of tool and less training required than other CRM platforms.
- Synced up the customer journey.
Segmentation has allowed us to filter messaging based on certain demographics and audience behaviors. We have yet to use AI-based tools to propel our CRM yet.
- Canvas, Segments and Adobe Campaign
Adobe Campaign is a very slow and manual CRM platform that was chunky and hard to deploy cross-channel. Support availability is also lacking when compared to Braze.
