Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
We use the LMS for onboarding and continuing education for our internal enterprise and we manage external enterprise training as well.. We can report on each of the division. We use the LMS to train external enterprise how to use our company software. The information we can report to the stakeholder and leadership using dashboards.

The user experience is a lot better than using SumTotal as an admin CSOD makes working easy. Without having workarounds. Reporting is a lot better than both platforms. Reporting in CSOD is complex however easy to manage and create when you understand the data points collected.
