Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve
We use it as a ticket system, integrated with Teams, for the company we need secure remote software.

- not easy to configure
- product is not as stable as the previous ones we use
- allow multiple support staff to join the same Unattended Session
- We managed to work in a way that was impossible before these kinds of tools were offered in the market
- The program is constantly evolving to try to fix bugs and that can affect the day-to-day use.
- If We find a way to use fewer programs for different tasks would be great and this tool may have the solution in the future
We will not be able to operate as we do today without a tool as goto Resolve this. Our day-to-day is based on working remotely so we need a solution as Got Resolve to be able to offer our services to our clients. We manage to create a solution for our clients thanks to work like we do using tools like Goto resolve
We are comparing all the programs that we use to be able to find the perfect match I believe that all of them are very useful but will be great if we can use only one instead of mixing tasks. Soon one of them will offer the best solution for all the needs we have and we will end up using it. Could be Goto resolve.
