Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot CRM to create, and complete tasks, load contacts, load and review deals, as well as send out emails. It helps me understand and how and when to follow up with prospects. It also helps send tasks to management for estimate requests, and questions that the prospect has generated by tagging them in the notes.

- The new prospecting view is not as detailed as the old view I used to be able to easily see my daily activity now I have to create reports
- The auto generation of company phone numbers it not always accurate
- The hubspot template library could be updated with more/different examples
- I feel it has had a positive reflect on business ROI
- It has had a negative effect on call volume
- It has had a very good impact on lead/deal management
I feel HubSpot CRM is easier to use versus salesforce, and is much more customizable to fit the needs of the sales steam. I feel zoom engage gives better prospecting, and definitely faster dialing options. I feel vanillas soft click to dial is alot faster then HubSpot. I feel HubSpot is better then all 3 but there are a few functions that I prefer from the other platforms
