Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
I use monday.com as an events planner to keep track of progress on my events. We have a lot of events, so this helps me keep track of all of the steps for each event and gives my teammates insight into it as well.

- I think a personalized set up that would help different job roles would be nice
- I get a little overwhelmed with all the options for customization
- I don't understand a lot of the options
- monday.com has increased team efficiency by 10% by eliminating back and forth now that we are able to all see the status of various projects
My experience with monday.com has been great because it doesn't have outage issues, and problems are easily resolved when I reach out to customer support
