Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used for payroll, HR, Benefits, ATS, Performance, LMS, and EOR, and I am sure I am forgetting something. Since moving to Rippling, our processes have become streamlined and very accessible to all who utilize the platform. I use the Rippling Platform daily; it has become part of my life. Rippling is very open to suggestions from their clients on ways to improve the platform and add areas to improve the streamlining process.

  • Ease of getting reports, shot in time.
  • Streamline, less hours to complete basic tasks.
  • Payroll takes less time to process than previous payroll platform.
  • Onboarding has been streamlined, new hire inputs themselves prior to first day.
Rippling is much easier to use, has all products in one place.
There are times when the support people do not know how to help, and, at times, it has taken much too long to find an answer.
