Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud
We use this to manage relationships with customers and potential clients. It can sometimes take a while to get a client. This allows us to manage the relationship with clients as we develop the business. It also allows us to manage the return customer relationship and to stay in touch with potential return clients.

This is a cloud based product. As a result all information in its database is available to anyone at any time. It does not depend upon geographical locations or time zones. The information can be accessed, updated or managed anywhere and an any given time. There is security and a hierarchical system that allows for the information to be shared appropriately.
The previous product we used was pathetic. It was collaborative and could work as web based so could be used anyw. However, its reporting functionality was rudimentary at best. It was often difficult to get reports even on the simplest of metrics. There were no analytics so any Analytical work was not possible. We are an advanced analytics company so this wasn’t an issue however I think it would be a problem for those who have no analytics experience. Salesforce Sales Cloud redresses this issue.
